A new “LegacyMausoleum” is currently under construction at ForestLawnCemetery...The new mausoleum is located adjacent to Forest Lawn’s other community mausoleums, on a hill overlooking the cemetery’s historic landscape.
Three relatives of a man who died earlier this year are suing ForestLawn, alleging they all suffered emotional distress and that one family member had a heart attack when the wrong body was presented during a scheduled viewing.
