So my xmas present from the family came in.
New Computer!
Nice new dell with TV tuner card, media center, etc.
Nice computer that shouldn't overheat when I play games.
So I'm all happy but annoyed.
Why? The hours of removing crap that comes on a Dell.
"No I don't want windows."
"No I don't want this stuipd software."
"Look I know what I'm doing don't think I'm your normal user" (yes I say this to the computer)
On top of that I get a 36 month subscription to mcafee. Nice but unforuntley given this is
a refurb I spend 30 min on the phone getting them to clear out the service tag data in their db.
(And what drives me crazy is this is what the help file said to do! So they knew about the problem).
