About user notes.

Hi jeff

I set the user notes shows to any role, everyone can see and edit them in dashboard.
But here’s the problem.
I want the subscribers can add notes to the widget, but I don’t want them can edit or delete any note. Is this possible?

Besides, when I’m translate by PoEdit, I found that some words are missing in the translation file. Here are words: “Administrator，Editor，Author，Contributor，Subscriber”.
The only word I can translate in drop down menu of “Role required to view this note..” is “Any Role” , I can’t translate the others.

Besides again, could you add an option to the plugin which can set the widget position.
For example, I got three columns to show widget in dashboard now, and in default all the widget will goes to the first column to show, and the first column will be so long compare to the others. Indeed, user can drag them to where they want, but that’s not good for user experience.
So, what if I can manage the position where they display. I can set the “Widget Box” to the first column，set “User Notes” to second column, set “Feed Box” to the third column. And everything goes into order, looks friendly for users in default. Just a suggestion:)
