API error message

    I’m receiving the following error message when publishing posts. If I hit the publish button again it seems to go away. But any suggestions about why the reason for the error message in the first place?

    There has been an error with the API: There has been an error with your request: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
