The only way to create this behaviour is to create a project for every single doctor.
This way every doctor will have its own live chat, dashboard, live chat conversations and account.
Are you able to customize the live chat integration based on the doctor?
How many doctors do you have?
I don’t know how to make the personalized integration of the chat for each doctor. I have approximately 100 physicians who want to join the system, but I don’t know how anything simpler can be done for the physician. What I need is that each doctor has access to his account and can only have video chat with the patient, if I already pay the consultation.
This can be possible only by personalizing the live chat integration based on the app id we offer.
1. The doctor needs to have his own Customerly account
2. He should get his own APP/PROJECT ID
3. He should put this into his live chat settings of your website.
If you want to create this automatically, you need to register an account for them even on Customerly.
This is something we do not automate at the moment.
