CSV File Upload Errors

    I am trying to upload a CSV file based on the template linked from the Connection plugin and I am getting the following error message from the web hosting company via email:

    An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 47 of the file /home2/nofees/public_html/wp-content/plugins/connections-csv/includes/admin/pages/csv.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home2/nofees/public_html/wp-content/plugins/connections//includes/php_class_upload/class.upload.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’)

    I am also getting this error for the license key:

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5002 milliseconds
