Database issue

    Hi there, I’m not sure what happened, but I’ve narrowed my issue down to the database.

    Problem: When I make an edit to the snippet section, Squirrly adds a new entry to the database rather than updating the current entry for the page or product.

    I am not sure how I managed to make this glitch happen so I’m not entirely sure how to undo it.

    Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you for reaching out! This seems to be a compatibility issue. It can happen if Squirrly doesn’t receive the correct data about the current post or page when you make edits.

    To help narrow this down, could you please try reproducing the issue on a staging (test) version of your website, with only your theme and the Squirrly plugin active? This will help us confirm whether another plugin or setting might be causing the conflict.

    Once you’ve tested that, let us know what you find and we’ll guide you from there.
