I don’t understand.. do you recommend using something that converts offline or are you telling me that now I can install the plugin again because it works? Can I forward your observation on the webm format to Steve at vdo ninja to see if together we can add and update your plugin?

I mean, the issue appears to be with the file you’re trying to transcode. The format of the WebM file you are using is not supported by our plugin.
You need to convert your file to the correct WebM format. You can use this tool: https://cloudconvert.com/webm-converter for the conversion.
Yes, install the plugin and try uploading the correctly formatted WebM media. It will transcode successfully. Let me know if you have any doubts

ah ok thank you very much for the confirmation.. the problem is that mine is a live streaming system which generates this type of file, I wrote to the creator of this very famous system vdo ninja, to understand if compatibility between the file that generates its live system (very good files such as audio and video, very light in weight) that I use very comfortably with your plugin, thanks for the support and patience, converting the files by hand would be too time-consuming.
