    Just switched to SureMail. When I go to email logs on suremail, I get an error – Failed to fetch logs “the response is not a valid JSON response”

    Any idea why this may be the case?

    The error “Failed to fetch logs: the response is not a valid JSON response” usually happens when:

    • The server returns an unexpected output (like a PHP warning) instead of proper JSON.
    • A security plugin or firewall (e.g., Wordfence, ModSecurity) blocks the API request.
    • The WordPress REST API is broken or restricted.
    • There’s an HTTP/HTTPS mismatch in your WordPress settings.
    • A plugin conflict is affecting the API response.

    Temporarily disabling security plugins or checking server error logs may also help identify the cause.
