Hi.
This plugin works great I have feed back for Pakistan Country phone no acceptance and for placeholder also
If +92 is country code then No should be 3012345678 on complete it should be like
+923012345678 right now the plugin and placeholder is accepting No e.g +9203012345678 with country code and local code that is 0. Which is wrong and if we dial this no international it is not acceptable. Because auto complete is off by default I need to on auto complete then I face this problem.
Number within country is 03012345678 which is right. But If the country code is selected then placeholder also should be changed like 3012345678.

Second thing is I just added plugin and the placeholder and numbers are hide under the flag. How can I make it look like demo you had shown.
