    Hello,

    I am trying to create admin and user email templates.

    I set out my email on separate lines, but when I press update, all the text reappears on a single line.

    This also is sent to admin and user which does not look very professional in an email

    Can you fix this please?

    Hi,

    Thank you for responding.

    The formatting of the email body using the formatting widget is not being saved.

    I want to format my notification email like this:

    Image

    But after I click update and save, it reverts back to one line plain text. This is also how it appears on the email that is sent out, which doesn’t look very good.

    The only way I have made it work is to add extra HTML tags, e.g. <br />, to the text and then edit the plug-in notification scripts to decode HTML character for the message:

    message  = htmlspecialchars_decode($message, ENT_QUOTES);  // <--- inserted line
    wp_mail( $to, $subject, $message, $headers );

    This isn’t ideal for non-technical users of the website and I also have to put the extra tags back in every time I make a change.

    I hope this can be easily resolved, thank you for your time assisting with this matter.

    Hi @victoriajury ,

    I hope you’re doing well!

    Thanks for sharing the details. I’ve tried to replicate the issue on our end, and it appears to be working fine as expected. I’ve recorded a short video to show you how the formatting remains intact after clicking the Save and Update buttons:

    Since everything is functioning normally on our side, it looks like this could be a site-specific issue.

    To better assist you, I recommend opening a support ticket on our official WP EasyPay website. This will allow us to connect you directly with our Technical Team, who can investigate more deeply on your setup.

    Let us know if you need help submitting the ticket. We’re happy to guide you!

    Thanks & Best Regards,
    WP Experts Support Team
