Optimization Issues

    I have approx. 1026 images and I went ahead and tested the plugin for first time and it did optimization but it got stuck at remaining 5 so I stopped it. Restarted my cloud instance and tried it again to finish the remaining 5, however it keeps stuck at the status that has the animated clock going around and wording says “5 image(s) found, starting optimization…”

    So, how I can fix this issue?

    Hi thedeafjoe,

    First of all, can you confirm you have the latest version of the plugin? It should be 1.0.4.

    Assuming you have the latest version, could you go to your Media Library and see what these 5 remaining elements are? If you could send us some screenshots, including the URL of the images, that would be useful.
