Dear Sir,

I installed the plugin but i can see nothing in my wordpress site in frontend just showing the message (No currencies are currently enabled.).

Please guide me from i get the adaptor where i have to install and how to connect just confusion about adaptor.

Hello and welcome,

First decide how you are going to use the plugin, i.e. with which wallet backends, based on your requirements. To do this, study this article:

Once you decide which coin adapter or adapters you will need, you can follow the installation instructions for this adapter.

Sir i buy the subscription and download adaptor plugin installed and follow instruction from this video

created account and verify on coin payments select the coin but i can see only

No currencies are currently enabled.

Please guide me so i can see deopist withdraw balance options

Hello,

If you have followed the attached video, then you have installed the plugin with the CoinPayments adapter extension.

Please note that there is an error in the video. Below the video you will find a pinned comment explaining this.

Namely, this is regarding the get_callback_address API key permission.

Check that you have enabled this permission, and try again.

Great to hear that, I am marking this issue resolved!

There is no such extension at the moment. Withdrawals are authorized via email link.

Maybe something for the future, as I’m currently busy testing the wallets6 release. I am taking a note of this.

Hi sir i just installed woocommerce payment gateway extension for deposit and withdraw but when i am going to check setting page its showing this message

Hello,

The payment gateway is not for depositing and withdrawing, but for paying at the shop’s checkout from the crypto balances. Depositing and withdrawing is handled by the coin adapters.

Normally the only capability required to view the payment gateway’s settings is manage_wallets. Can you check if you have it? If you do, then you will also be able to see the “Wallets” menu.

I can also log in to your site and check if you give me access.
