PRO plugin version

I have sent an inquiry via the simplefilelist.com contact form at least twice with no response. Questions below.
1.) According to the changelog I saw but can’t seem to find again, the Simple File List PRO plugin on my client’s site is up to date (PLEASE CONFIRM THE CURRENT VERSION NUMBER OF THE SFL PRO PLUGIN). However, it’s not been updated in a LONG time and it’s going to start getting flagged by Wordfence as abandoned. When is the plugin going to be updated again? Is it still supported?
2.) How do I access my current license/account for renewal if/when it’s updated? I tried going to the https://account.simplefilelist.com/ URL and doing a password reset there, too, and it never came.Thanks.

I tried doing a password reset at https://simplefilelist.com/get-support/ and at https://account.simplefilelist.com/ and I never get the emails.
I need help accessing my account so I CAN submit support inquiries.
If you aren’t getting the contact form submissions and I am not getting the password reset emails from the SFL site, maybe you should check mail delivery for the site?
Are you able to at least answer if/when the PRO plugin will be updated again or if it’s still supported?
