@rspadar have you followed all these steps?
1) First Enter Domain & Freshsales API Key and save it.
2) Mapping fields which you want to use in freshsales tab according to Contact Form , Gravity Form or Formidable form.
3) When you complete a mapping then create a new page and paste a shortcode there which will generate after saving a mapping.
*sampe shortcode*
*CF 7* = [contact-form-7 id=”2714″ title=”CF 7 Testing 1″]
*Gravity Form* = [gravityform id=”5″]
*Formidable Form* = [formidable id=7]
4) Open this page you will find a form with the fields you have mapped.
5) fill this form and submit it
6) It will generate a lead into freshsales

I follow you guide but have problem. If i analyze page i’ve
Uncaught ReferenceError: PluginConfig is not defined
at adscript.js?ver=1.2.1.4:8
at adscript.js?ver=1.2.1.4:27
And when i set APIkey and and Domain i have:
Invalid Domain or Api Key.

@rspadar check your freshsales account. do you have a valid and working Freshsales account ? this can be issue.

Yes, i have!
I try to change API key and when i set in the plugin on save i have Invalid Domain or API Key.
Where i manual set API key in the file?

if i delete plugin and reinstall ApiKey is already set with old value.

Hi, I gave up using it. I tried it on my different sites but it doesn’t work in any case.
If you like I can try again and do some tests.
