    My Analytify has been working perfectly for years but suddenly statistics are not showing. Why would this happen? Is there some way i can recover the lost stats?

    This issue can sometimes happen due to an expired Google Analytics connection, property changes (like switching to GA4), or even caching conflicts.

    Here’s what you can try:

    1. Re-authenticate your Google Account:
      Go to Analytify → Settings → Authentication, and re-connect your Google Analytics account to refresh the token. (Most probably)
    2. Check the selected Analytics Property:
      Make sure the correct property is selected under Analytify → Settings → Profile. If you recently moved to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensure it’s properly connected.
    3. Use the Browser Console:
      Open your browser console (press F12), reload the dashboard, and check for any errors. That can help identify what’s blocking the data.

    Don’t worry: your historical data is stored securely in Google Analytics and will reappear once the connection is restored.
