The issue could be due to anything e.g. paid theme or Plugin conflict so it’s better to ask for support First.

I can’t see the code I asked you to paste into your website on the front end.
If you are not sure about the Single Product Template, I will recommend you, please talk to your WP Tech guy and he will do that for you.
Once you have the code working on the frontend, it will resolve the issue you are facing.

You can paste it in the Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS or in the resp. Theme template used for the Single Product page.
