I’ve got to say that this 2nd generation 3D printer looks like it would be a fun toy to have around the house. Might even be useful on occasion to replace broken parts.

On Wednesday I stopped over at Brett’s house and Gwen says to me “My hands are clean.”
Okay…
“I licked them. Like this” and she puts her finger in her mouth and lo and behold when it came out, it was clean.
Like magic.
So I’m wondering where did she learn this skill?
Surely not from Brett!!! Brett would NEVER clean his plate by licking it clean…
She must have learned it from Puff.
I convinced Jennie and Brett to join me on the roof of our house so we could watch the space shuttle go by. Brett was only willing to go up after Janet called and said it flew by her office. We were last on the route. We were able to see if from far off looping over JPL and going to Disneyland. This is a shot of it flying over Downey at 12:45PM as it was heading on its final approach to land at LAX. Jennie was the photographer. Click on the picture to get a large size view.
It looks like Logitech is coming out with a keyboard that would be perfect for kids. It is waterproof and completely washable. No worries about that peanut butter & jelly sandwich at the computer with this keyboard. (Unless, of course, they are prone to stuffing it in the DVD drive slot)

They really need to get this finished an into production! If they could make it street legal I could hover right over slow traffic! (Except perhaps, the big rigs) It would be very “Blade Runner”.

If you can’t afford to purchase a full blown professional video editor like Adobe Premier Pro but you would like to do some power editing of your videos, you might want to look at Lightworks. It has been used by professional film studios on many movies. Even the Pro version is inexpensive. Probably a little bit of a learning curve, but I am sure it is worth it.
Young Women hosted a combined activity at the mall. No, it wasn’t shopping. It was a scripture scavenger hunt. We were given a scripture then we had to find something at the mall that represented the main idea of the scripture and take a picture of it.
It was supposed to be a fig tree but I guess they weren’t in season.
My newest friend. She’s an airhead but I still like her. We were looking for wigs.
Hips may not lie but cameras can. We were supposed to find a sword but couldn’t so we found a letter opener and with the right perspective it looks like we found a sword. I think this is how the girls won.
