What happens after the 90-day support period ends?
After 90 days, you’ll continue to receive free plugin updates and bug fixes. The 90-day support period covers priority email assistance with setup and troubleshooting. After that, you can still reach out for help, though response times may be longer. You’ll also have access to full documentation and developer guides.
Can I upgrade from a 1-site to a 5-site license later?
Yes! You can do it from your account. You’ll only pay the difference between your original purchase and the 5-site license price.
Do localhost and staging sites count toward my license limit?
No! Your localhost, development, and staging environments don’t count toward your license activation limit. Common development URLs like localhost, *.local, *.dev, *.test, dev.*, staging.*, and popular hosting staging environments (Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, Pantheon, etc.) are automatically recognized and won’t use up your activations. One license covers your production site plus unlimited dev/staging sites.
What’s your refund policy with the 7-day trial?
You have 7 days to try the plugin risk-free. This gives you plenty of time to test it on your site. If it doesn’t work for your needs, please find the initial purchase e-mail you have received from us and follow the instructions to cancel. Alternatively, log into your account and cancel from there.
Will this slow down my website?
No. The plugin uses vanilla JavaScript (no jQuery) and only loads its assets on pages where Query Loop Masonry is enabled. The JavaScript is lightweight (~8KB minified) and the CSS is minimal. It’s designed with performance in mind.
Does it work with my theme and other plugins?
Yes! The plugin extends WordPress’s native Query Loop block, so it works with any theme that supports the block editor. It’s been tested with popular themes and plugins.
Can I move my license to a different website?
Yes, you can deactivate the license on one site and activate it on another. The 1-site license allows one active installation at a time, and the 5-site license allows five active installations.
What happens if I deactivate my license but keep the plugin active?
Your existing masonry layouts will continue working on the frontend. However, you won’t be able to edit masonry settings or create new masonry layouts in the WordPress editor until you reactivate your license. You can reactivate anytime from your account.
What happens if I deactivate or uninstall the plugin?
Your Query Loop blocks simply return to their standard WordPress grid layout—no broken layouts or proprietary code left behind. This plugin extends core WordPress blocks without replacing them, so there’s no vendor lock-in.
