WOLF TERRITORIES GRID TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement (the “Wolf Territories Grid Policy”) describes the terms on which Wolf Territories Grid and its affiliated entities (“Wolf Territories”) offer you access to its immersive 3D virtual world environment. This offer is conditioned upon your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Wolf Territories Grid Policy, including the Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) and Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), as well as additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree, you should decline this Wolf Territories Grid Policy, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using the Wolf Territories Grid platform.

In the event of a conflict among the Agreements, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise. All capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service unless otherwise specified.

1. CONTENT LICENSES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1.1 Ownership and Usage of Intellectual Property

Wolf Territories Grid holds intellectual property rights over its platform and all associated branding elements. You acknowledge and agree that without a formal license, no authorization is granted to use any trademarks, service marks, or proprietary imagery related to Wolf Territories Grid.

With respect to any open-source software components made available by Wolf Territories Grid, they must be used in compliance with the applicable open-source license terms.

Objects created by our users retain their intellectual property rights. In the event of a challenge the user indeminifies Wolf Software Systems Ltd and agrees to be subject to our decision regarding their content on our platform.

1.2 Limited License for Use

Wolf Territories Grid supports creative endeavors such as capturing snapshots and machinima within the platform. Subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, limited copyright licenses are granted in accordance with the Wolf Territories Grid Snapshot and Machinima Policy.

1.3 Content License Grant

By displaying content in publicly accessible areas of the Wolf Territories Grid, you grant other users a license to use your content in snapshots and machinima, as specified in the Snapshot and Machinima Policy.

1.4 Control Over Content Accessibility

If you wish to restrict access to your content, you must take appropriate measures to limit visibility within private regions or controlled access areas.

1.5 Content Permissions System

Content permissions are managed through the built-in tools of the platform, allowing creators to set conditions under which their content may be used, reproduced, or distributed by others.

1.6 Intellectual Property Compliance

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of other users, Wolf Territories Grid, and third parties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of protected content outside of the platform is strictly prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE WOLF TERRITORIES GRID

2.1 Age Requirements

The following age restrictions apply:

  • Users aged 18+ may access all areas of Wolf Territories Grid.
  • Users aged 16+ may access general public areas.
  • Users aged 14+ may access designated areas that comply with the platform’s maturity rating system.

2.2 Age and Location Verification

Certain content and activities, such as those in restricted regions, require verification of age and location. You agree to provide accurate information as required to access these areas in our control panel under User Profile at https://www.wolf-grid.com/

3. FEE AND BILLING POLICY

3.1 Virtual Currency

Wolf Territories Grid features a system of virtual tokens known as Wolf Territories Dollars. These virtual tokens are a limited license granted by Wolf Territories Grid to enable transactions within the platform. Wolf Territories Dollars are subject to platform policies and do not have real-world monetary value.

3.2 Virtual Currency Exchange

The Wolf Territories Grid platform may offer an internal exchange for purchasing or trading Grid Credits. Transactions conducted outside of this official exchange are not permitted.

3.3 Virtual Land

The platform provides access to Virtual Land, which represents licensed virtual space. Virtual Land is subject to licensing fees and terms outlined in the Virtual Land Policy. Ownership does not imply real-world property rights.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users are expected to adhere to community standards and conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with platform policies. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting or sharing illegal, offensive, or adult content outside designated areas.
  • Engaging in fraud, scams, or harassment.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or disrupting the experience of other users.
  • Engaging in unauthorized financial transactions using any grid currencies.
  • Any child sexual behaviour wether text or imagary. Nude child avatars are not permiitted.

Violation of these policies may result in suspension or termination of account access.

5. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Wolf Territories Grid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of its policies. Users may also request account termination at any time, though no refunds will be granted for unused virtual currency or land licenses.

Upon termination, all associated content and virtual assets will be forfeited. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not maintain assets they are unwilling to lose.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important. Wolf Territories Grid collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to this data collection and agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes related to Wolf Territories Grid must first be addressed through the internal support system. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wolf Territories Grid operates.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

Wolf Territories Grid reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
