3IP Type Library font

Random Discounted Bundle…

The 3IP Type Library™ consists of 34 typefaces (55 fonts in all), most inspired by old and new handwriting, antique texts, and vintage map lettering. (The historical replications are exacting enough to be mistaken for genuine archival materials.) All come with ample OpenType features and wide Latin language support. Buy this collection for one-third the price of licensing its member fonts separately. View Details »

Remsen Script font

Random Historical Pen…

Remsen Script™ is a Colonial American cursive based on the hand of the penman who engrossed a three-page broadside addressed to British manufacturers on behalf of the merchants of Philadelphia. The merchants’ appeal failed, of course, but the broadside survives as an ancestral keepsake of a family named Remsen. A graceful cursive with numerous period ligatures, alternates, and stylistic sets. Try it out here »

Pressroom font

Random Book Text…

Pressroom, as a modern “legibility face,” is designed to be easy-to-read under even the harshest conditions. Ample x-height, robust serifs, minimalist descenders—but still with its share of grace and allure. This sturdy typeface comes with five styles: Regular, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic, and Headline. An all-purpose serif when you’re looking to make a statement. A member of our discounted Book Texts bundle. Try it out here »

Geographica font

Random Old Map Font…

Geographica™ is a legible serif text-type family modeled after the hand-drawn place names and peripheral narratives on the mid-1700s New World maps of English engraver Thomas Jefferys. Geographica comes with Roman, Italic, Bold, and Bold Italic styles, true small capitals, scores of ligatures, two stylistic alternate titling caps—and has a slew of cartographic ornaments, to boot. Try it out here »

Sekhmet font

Random Display Face…

Sekhmet, named for the lion-headed war goddess of ancient Egypt, does indeed have a sort of feline, forward-directed energy. Noteworthy are the slight slope of its book-weight Roman and its calligraphic Italic. A multi-use display face, Sekhmet nevertheless also works well in (especially larger) text blocks. A member of our discounted Display Faces bundle. Try it out here »

Professor font

Random Modern Handwritten Font…

Professor replicates the cursive script of an actual college professor (the designer’s late-father), who had the kind of plain modern hand schoolkids used to see on a blackboard. Replete with contextual ligatures, this font was designed to fool casual readers into thinking they’re scanning real handwriting. Has nearly 600 glyphs and full Latin support. Attic Antique font

Random Antique Text Font…

Akin to the Century faces, Attic Antique™ has the look of a weathered old serif from a century-old textbook. It’s surprisingly legible at any size, from 12-point text blocks to enormous billboard copy. Comes with roman and italic styles and plenty of OpenType-features, including true small caps, discretionary ligatures, and full Latin support—nearly 900 characters in all. A popular display face since 1993. Try it out here »

Speed Bump font

Random Offbeat Font…

Speed Bump does have upper- and lowercase Latin alphabets, but its chief appeal might be its vast array of wacky pictures (accessible via OpenType features or a character map utility). Need an apple, book, car, duck, eagle, or fish? They’re all there—plus a couple hundred more. Speed Bump has more than 500 glyphs and full Latin support. A member of our Offbeat Grab Bag bundle. Try it out here »
