(Director/President, Legal Action Center) will provide an understanding of broad developments in this area, including court rulings. ▪️Brandi Harrison, BSW, MS, CCHP (Project Manager, Justice Collaborations, Allegheny County Department of Human Services) will also discuss the opening of a treatment program in the Alleghny County Jail in Pennsylvania.
