What if we stopped viewing ageing as a burden and started seeing it as a competitive advantage? As Lithuania’s demographic landscape evolves, our greatest resource isn’t just technology – it is the collective experience of our people. Bridging the generational gap is no longer just a social goal; it is a strategic priority for any growing business. We are ready to redefine what it means to grow older in the modern workforce.
This year, the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania is launching a dedicated initiative to spotlight the ageing economy, boost awareness, and drive meaningful impact within the business community. We are proud to announce a specialized series of events designed to explore the strategic advantages of an age-diverse workforce.
Join us for the first RE:AGE session:
RE:AGE: What’s Next? | Date: February 20, 2026 | 10:30-12:30
This session will delve into how Lithuanian organizations are preparing for an aging workforce and examine the key economic metrics driving the ‘silver economy.’ We will discuss how to collectively shift our perspective – moving from seeing aging as a societal burden to embracing it as a vibrant source of economic opportunity – while sharing practical best practices to make this transition a reality.
Join us to be part of this crucial conversation!

RE:AGE
RE:AGE focus on re-imagining ageing through a future-oriented lens. Together we will explore how longer lives are reshaping the world of work – from careers and skills to workforce participation – and what this means next for organisations and people as work and ageing evolve together, balancing efficiency, humanity, and innovative thinking.
