Francesco Banchini is an internationally recognized education leader, researcher, speaker, and advocate for innovative learning. With a career spanning over two decades, he has made a lasting impact on international education through his leadership roles, thought leadership, and dedication to empowering educators and students worldwide.

He currently serves as the CEO & Director of the European Azerbaijan School (EAS), where he leads a mission-driven team focused on educational excellence, innovation, and community engagement. Under his leadership, EAS achieved prestigious Council of International Schools (CIS) accreditation, affirming its commitment to global standards and continuous improvement.

In addition to his school leadership, Francesco is the Founder and Chairman of the Caucasus & Central Asia Association of IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS), where he promotes collaboration and professional development among schools across the region. He also serves as a Board of Trustees member at CIS, contributing to international policy development, strategic planning, and the global advancement of education.
