I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the care I received for my knee at Beacon. The time I spent overall was less than 1.5 hours that included an X-ray, examination, outline of treatment plans, treatment, fitting for a knee brace and explanation of exercises necessary. All of the employees I interacted with were courteous, friendly, and very professional. I was pleased to see that the facility and staff were following recommended Covid-19 guidelines. Everybody there treated me like family. They took such GREAT care of me. After my initial visit with my surgeon, I felt really calm. As I was being rolled into surgery, I knew I was in the hands of the best! I started therapy and it was also perfect. I didn’t know why I had to go the day after surgery but after and during the post op therapy, I felt even better. This was because of what they taught me about recovery. They went through everything I could and could not do and once again, was treated like family. You can go here and feel safe, relaxed and comfortable as you will be cared for by the best! In my experience, Beacon Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a top-notch operation. They work with speed, efficiency and quality. They work swiftly to get you in to see a doctor so they can formulate a plan so you can get back to your life. I know I might be sounding like a commercial, but I just had my second knee surgery (each knee, same problem, 5 years apart), and I continue to be impressed with the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff. Highly recommended! A+++
