Old School is a light American lager that is crisp and refreshing. 

The name is a nod to our brewery which was built in a refurbished school house in Beamsville, Ontario.

Lincoln Lager is a bright and crisp German Helles style lager. We designed this beer around our local water profile which lends perfect minerality for the style. 

Made with Noble German hops for balanced bitterness and a gentle biscuity malt profile.

Tart and Juicy, Berry Fields is a true mixed-fermentation ale finished on raspberries. Ruby red in colour, this juicy sour ale displays bright aromas of raspberry and red current, complimented by more subtle notes of strawberry and other red fruits. 

Lightly dry hopped for an added layer of freshness and balance, Berry Fields has a tart and pleasing acidity making it an extremely refreshing beer on those warm, sunny days.

Made with chardonnay grapes grown at our neighbour’s vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, this pure expression of Chardonnay has a bright nose of citrus, pear and apple. The palate is delightfully flavourful with a lively finish.

Made with grapes grown at our neighbour’s vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, our Cabernet Franc is rich and silky with notes of red currant, raspberry and a hint of baking spice with lavender on the finish.

This rosé is made in the traditional method using only the best pinot noir grapes. A wine to celebrate the warm weather, this vibrant and fresh rosé showcases strawberry jam, white currant and a hint of watermelon.

Made with delicate pinot noir grapes grown at our neighbour’s vineyard on the Twenty Mile Bench, this is an elegant take on Pinot Noir, with cherry and light spice on the nose, and a silky, elegantly structured palate.
