BIP Visualized is designed for anyone responsible for leading behavior support, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, behavior specialists, mid tier supervisors, school psychologists, special education teachers, and PBIS teams. With one account, users can create, customize, and share behavior strategies with staff, families, and educators, who can access shared resources for free.
Do we need to pay per BIP that we create?
No, you don’t! A Pro account with BIP Visualized gives you unlimited access to create and share visual BIPs, along with full access to our expanding collection of resources.
Is BIP Visualized free for families?
Yes! If you share your visual BIPs through BIP Visualized with stakeholders such as parents, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and teachers, they will be prompted to create a free read-only account, which allows them to view the shared BIPs and access limited supplemental resources provided to them.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for teams starting at 5 users, along with special pricing for non profits. Feel free to reach out to learn more about available discount options.
Is BIP Visualized HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. BIP Visualized is fully HIPAA compliant. We have partnered with HIPAA compliance experts to ensure that our practices, code, and data storage meet all HIPAA regulations.
Will I be charged if I start a free trial?
No, you will not be charged. Signing up for a free trial does not require any credit card information. You’ll have full access to a trial version for two weeks. After the trial ends, your account will convert to a view-only mode, where you can still view BIPs but won’t be able to create new ones.
