Bitrix24.Network Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) establish procedures for provision to you and conditions of your usage of Bitrix24.Network service provided by Alaio (as specified in the "Contracting Party" section below).
1. Service description
1.1. Bitrix24.Network (hereinafter referred to as the Service) provides you with an opportunity to enable authorization at Bitrix24 products and services (hereinafter referred to as the Products) through an integrated profile (Bitrix24 Network profile).
1.2. The Service is designed to be used for internal business purposes permitted by these Terms as well as any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
2. Service registration. Creating Bitrix24 Network profile
2.1. To use the Service, you need to successfully complete registration procedure to create a Bitrix24 Network profile.
2.2. You shall submit accurate, current, and complete information about you based on questions, listed in the registration form, and keep such information updated.
2.3. Alaio has the right to request documents to verify the information submitted by You. Failure to provide such information may be deemed by Alaio as submission of inaccurate information and entail the consequences, provided in the item. 5.5 of the Terms.
2.4. You may complete registration using accounts of third-party services, offered at the registration form. By selecting alternative method for registration, you are providing consent for Alaio to receive Your data from third-party services based on the conditions of Privacy Policy (https://www.bitrix24.com/privacy/). You shall solely ensure security of access mechanisms you selected to access third-party services and safety and security of personal profile data.
2.5. Upon registration you are independently selecting your login (unique symbolic name) and password for access to Bitrix24 Network profile. Alaio has the right to prohibit the use of certain logins as well as to set password and login requirements (length, accessible symbols, etc.).
2.6. You are solely responsible for password security you have selected, as well as for maintaining confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all actions and/or failure to act (as well as their consequences) within or while using the Service and/or Products, including voluntary transfer of data to third parties to access your Bitrix24 Network profile at any conditions or data privacy infringements. In such event all the actions when using Service and/or Products via Bitrix24 Network profile are considered as performed by you.
2.7. You shall immediately notify Alaio regarding any case of unauthorized access to the Service and/or Products using your Bitrix24 Network profile and/or any infringement (suspicions of infringements) of confidentiality of your password. Alaio is not responsible for possible loss of data, as well as other consequences of any nature which can occur because of your breach of these Terms.
3. Deleting Bitrix24 Network profile
3.1. How you can delete your Bitrix24 Network profile:
3.1.1. In order to unlock the deletion option for your Bitrix24 Network profile, it must not be associated with any Bitrix24 Customer Account:
(1) If you are Bitrix24 Customer Account administrator, in order to erasure completely your Bitrix24 Network profile you have to delete all your Bitrix24 Customer Accounts, created by you while using Bitrix24 service. If you created more than one Bitrix24 Customer Account ensure that you have deleted them all to exercise your Bitrix24 Network profile deletion;
(2) If you have no administrator privileges, you have to be dismissed by the correspondent Bitrix24 Customer Account Administrator or deleted by you from all Products access to which was provided to you by third parties in order to unlock the Bitrix24 Network profile deletion option for you. Note that the Administrator of the Bitrix24 Customer Account has no rights to delete your Bitrix24 Network profile, only to dismiss you from related Bitrix24 Customer Accounts.
4. Notifications
4.1. Within the Service and Program provision, Alaio can forward you service notifications using e-mail and/or SMS (text messages) in case of registration using a mobile phone number.
5. Guarantees and Liability
5.1. Using the Service is subject to the following conditions:
(1) You do not use another person's data for registration at the Service;
(2) You are complying to the requirements, specified in documents, regulating use of the Service https://bitrix24.com/legal.php (hereinafter referred to as the Bitrix24 Documentation);
(3) You do not perform actions disrupting the operation of the Service and/or Products;
(4) Your actions do not infringe requirements of local legislation.
5.2. You are liable to Alaio and any third parties for your actions, related to the use of the Service, including resulting in infringement of rights and legitimate interests of any third parties, and you are responsible for the legal compliance requirements when using the Service.
5.3. The Service is provided "as is" and Alaio doesn't guarantee its uninterruptible and fault-free operation.
5.4. Alaio is not liable to User for any harm, loss of revenue, profits, information, or savings, associated with the use or loss of use of the Service, including cases of prior notice from the User regarding the possibility of such loss, or any legal action of third parties.
5.5. Alaio has the right to block your access to the Service in case of your infringement of the Terms, including provision of incomplete or inaccurate information.
The absence of immediate actions performed by Alaio in case of violation of these Terms and/or Bitrix24 Documents does not waive Alaio's rights.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. Violation of these Terms results in liability, envisaged by the legislation of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6.2. Alaio has the right to unilaterally change the Terms by publishing an updated text on the Internet at the address https://www.bitrix24.net/terms/.
6.3. By using the Service you are confirming your consent to Terms in the edition in effect at the moment of actual Service use.
6.4. If any of the provisions of the Terms become void or a court of competent jurisdiction holds them as invalid, the remaining provisions continue to be in effect.
7. Contracting Party
Alaio entity entering into this Terms and address for user notifications depend on your country and defined in accordance with the following:
