Workplace Culture Coaches

Builders Code Workplace Culture Coaches help the construction industry navigate situations that arise on the worksite related to hazing, harassment, discrimination, and bullying.

The Builders Code Workplace Culture Coaches are also an excellent resource, ready to help the industry navigate the adoption of the Builders Code. They can provide information about available tools and services, as well as explain how to access these supports and get the most out of them.

This HR Support is provided at no cost to BC Construction Employers.
Additionally, you can speak with a Workplace Culture Coach for information on leadership coaching sessions.
