Initial interview
The initial non-technical interview evaluates your commitment to Codesmith’s values, as well as your overall readiness and fit for the program’s fast-paced, intense nature.
Technical interview
The technical interview evaluates JavaScript knowledge, problem-solving ability, and tech/non-tech communication proficiency to determine your potential for success in the program.
Decision
A Codesmith team member will call you to share your interview results, deliver personalized feedback, and outline next steps.
