Supporting statewide high-quality early care and education (ECE) systems in New Hampshire.

Enhancing the well-being of children, families, and communities in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont, and in Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts—the Couch family’s cherished communities.

The Couch Family Foundation funded this series of primers from UNH’s Carsey School of Public Policy. The primers synthesize the widely disaggregated scholarship on child care in New Hampshire and compiles this work into an unprecedented accessible collection.

We are entrepreneurs who strongly believe in giving back and we take joy from doing so.
Our family foundation is still evolving. An important strategic focus area for us is affordable, high-quality, early care and education. Doesn’t every child deserve that? We think so.
