Longtime klikker Deathbringer has recently shared a smorgasboard of vintage games created during his early years of using Clickteam products. Apart from his Giant Chickens of DOOM! - which wasn't.
Nevertheless these works are an, uh... interesting insight into his aspirations as a game developer back in the day, and it's great to see them here. I'm singling out and featuring Galactic Conquest - Lone Survivor in particular, for reasons never quite explained.
Comments from the Author:
"A pretty simple shooter, blast endless alien ships as they approach! This was originally an online game, for Vitalize!, but that doesn't exist any more, so I recompiled it into a standalone."
The power, and potential, of Clickteam Fusion has been fully utilised once again with a teaser trailer for I May Never Return. Created by Marcel Collar, this game looks set to be a dark, gothic first person shooter, with a voxel/retro visual identity. In short, this looks really promising, and I can't wait to see how this game develops! In the meantime, you can download an early demo :)
Comments from the Author:
"I MAY NEVER RETURN is a melee focused first person shooter inspired by games like Doom Eternal, Wolfenstein 3d, Heretic and Witchaven."
Clickteam user Samburger360 has recently released (at the tail end of last year actually) a compilation of three of their best games from 2025 - and made them free to play for any Steam user. Now, if these games were to be submitted to TDC too... well, we'd have more games here! The compilation is called Samburger's Oddballs and includes Anncceleration, Athena's Higher Wire and Boomin' Blocks. All look rather lovely with a gorgeous retro asthetic.
Comments from the Author:
"A block boomin, cannon blastin, heart grabbin combo! Play games such as: Anncceleration: Collect hearts while you race against the clock in multiple levels! Athena's higher wire: Dodge cannons and collect stars for a high score! Boomin blocks: Line up combos in a puzzle shooter!"
Clickteam have released details of their first Reactor Stream of 2026 - scheduled to play on January 30th. That's just a few days away from now! Unless you're reading this at a somewhat later point, in which case... well, it isn't.
Comments from Clickteam:
"Our first stream of 2026 occurs on Jan 30th. We will discuss the ins and outs of Object Selection, Check out a mini gameplay of Oil Empire by Digital Deer Studios. Hit the track with Monster FInger Games "Super Power Racing" and talk to Danny about the new Clickteam Website and perhaps have a surprise as well!"
What this surprise may be remains to be seen - let the speculation begin!
Developer Tito Francis of Kumquat Entertainment has announced their in-the-works simulation game Corgi Race is due for imminent release on Steam, and has recently unveiled a new trailer for it. It does look rather nice indeed, and should - all going well - be good to go within the next month.
Comments from the Author:
"The Welsh Corgi...an animal that racing scholars have long said was "born to run." Now you have been presented with the opportunity to be a part of the greatest sport in the world, Corgi Racing! Run your own stable, raise and train your corgi from a promising puppy to a legendary champion with all the twists and turns along the track to success.
The world of Corgi Racing is not as sweet and innocent as the dogs competing though. You will face a great many challenges trying to reach the pinnacle of the sport with rival stables looking to keep you down. You won't let them though, soon it will be time to show everyone in the business there is a new "top dog" in town."
Goodbye 2025 and a belated hello to 2026. With the new year comes two new games, one by therickman and another by LordHannu. We also have an update to a game fromBigAl0104.
We also have some old games added to Kliktopia, including the missing 'Attack of the Christmas Goblins' game fromTDC Christmas Competition 2002 thanks to a contribution from the author.
A Very Short Fantasy Adventure Level bytherickman
A Very Short Fantasy Adventure Level This is a (very short ) html-5 fantasy game level.
A practice mode has been added. If you've found the levels too difficult, especially the later ones, now you can practice them before attempting them again in Challenge Mode:
5 new costumes for Blocky have been added
Discord Rich Presence has been implemented to the game (PC only).
The prices for the mini-games and Master Levels have been halved.
New Hi-score table for the Kliktopia V-Cade revival!
In addition to adding new V-Cade games (see below) Kliktopia now has new hi-score league tablestallying the ladder leaders and trophy champions from across the various scoreboard games hosted on the site. Many of these games can be played thanks to Yxkalle's Vitalize! Launcher tool.
Games added to Kliktopia on 11th January 2026
Thanks to Alundra, Capitaine Caverne, Krum110487, Klikmaster and Yxkalle for contributing these games to Kliktopia. Some of the V-Cade games were found from the fantastic Flashpoint Archive project.
Merry Christmas TDCers. I hope you are all having a lovely time, with good food, good company, and maybe evens some good video games...
To celebrate this festive period I've collated the entries to the 2002 TDC Christmas Competition which was judged by Chris Street (Circy) & Michael Hadzic (Shadowcaster). These games were all contributed to Kliktopia by Circy with the exception of Sephware's Christmas Chronicles which is courtesy of Alundra.
Meanwhile, Clickteam is celebrating with a Winter Sale for games and software which runs until 5th January 2026:
Chris (81%):"A very good game, this. Nice engine, lovely graphics and very Christmassy. Aside from the horrid Sonic 3 Ice Cap Zone music, that it. Excellent."
Mike (83%):"This game is very fun and visually appealing. Excellent work by the author, I only wish it had more than one level, which would have warranted a higher score."
Chris (49%): "It's pretty Christmassy, but its extremely hard, ugly, and sadly not much fun."
Mike (73%): "Christmassy and challenging. With some cool weapons, this game is fun to play, but could use a bit of an overcoat as the graphics are what brought the score for this game down for me."
According to the author:"This is a Bomberman-style game for strictly 2 players (so you must have, own or buy a friend). The idea is to blow the other player up using present bombs!"
Chris (53%): "A bomberman game, which is extremely annoying. Just above average :\ When I kill Player 2, the game ends up in a draw! The HELL?!"
Mike (50%): "This game started off pretty good, but was very buggy. The elves that change your position do so frequently, and because you can leave the play area, I found myself accidentally walking outside when this happened and getting lost. Furthermore, the game always appears to be a draw, no matter who is killed."
Chris (34%): "This is such a funny game, especially the music and the general idea of the platforming sections. Shame it's not particularly good as well. Needs a lot more work."
Mike (67%): "When I first opened this game I thought it looked a bit dodgy, but it actually turned out to be pretty fun, and at times challenging, particularly in the last stage where you have to navigate through the busy skies and drop presents into all the houses."
According to the author: "The idea of this game is to put you in Santa's suit, and you would have to deliver presents to houses all around the world while still trying to keep quiet not to wake the family in the house."
According to the author: "The aim is to suck the brain energy out of innocent civilians while trying to get from one end of the course to the other."
Chris (44%): "A nice idea, but its impossible to avoid getting shot by the cops, and its far too hard. Aside from the Jesus reference, this game has no Christmas qualities whatsoever."
Mike (36%): "Not a huge amount of gameplay here, it's basically: walk along, press shift, press control as fast as possible for 5 seconds, repeat. The help says to avoid being shot by policemen, but because they lock on your position, and you walk relatively slowly, your always hit two or three times before you can get close enough to inflict damage."
Chris (29%): "Pretty awful, to be honest. Terrible graphics, chances are this will NOT win. Better luck next time."
Mike (34%): "Perhaps I missed something, but does the 5 minute intro have anything to do with the actual game? Not a great deal of gameplay, rather repetitive after a few minutes."
Chris (39%): "I hate to be harsh with this one, because it had potential, but I found it to be extremely simplistic and fairly boring :("
Mike (19%): "This game didn't really provide any challenge; one would expect at least the speed of the targets to increase over time, though I saw no evidence of this. The multiple weapons made no real difference apart from the sound effect."
00:00 - Atomic Santa: Christmas Omega, released byJay Tholen in 2014 originally as a paid game and then released for free by the author on TDC/Kliktopia in 2024.The soundtrack OST is available to stream/purchase.
Survive Red Face's lair and defeat him in this top down game thing.
Comments from the Author:
Polygonhead has been captured by Red Face once more, this time however, Red Face made sure to cut off Polygonhead's arms so he couldn't shoot him anymore! But thanks to the powers of his magical heart, he might just make it out alive from this one...
The goal is to remove the living dead from the cities and send them back to hell. Unfortunately, you only have a baseball bat and a pistol. Ammunition is limited, but you can always find more. Don't let the zombies catch you, because they can bite you, and then the game is quickly over. At the beginning, there are only a few zombies and they are quite slow. But there are more and more of them and they also get very fast. Can you make it through the 60 levels? Good luck.
Thanks to Capitaine Caverne, Edwin S, goralplid, Peter, Yxkalle for contributing these old Klik & Play, Multimedia fusion and Clickteam Fusion games to our archive!
Plenty has been happening over at the Clickteam Patreon while I've been busy updating Kliktopia to add old games from Magician's Lair author Merlyn Lear and others and helping people find old Click games over on the #old_game_lost_and_found channel on the Kliktopia Discord. So, let's check it out...
Fusion3 Blog - Resilient Architecture
Clickteam's blogs on Fusion 3 continue. After September's post on Auto Compiling and the new Shader Editortheir October post talks about Resilient Architecture. This latest post provides a fascinating insight into how Fusion3 has changed to more gracefully handle errors caused as a result to the move to a more Git-compatible JSON-like file format structure which will make it easier to track changes and work on a project collaboratively and synchronously. Neat!

THEY CRAWL by Dannimx
A spooky tower defence game with an original soundtrack made by ThomasKG. What's not to like?
Comments from the Author:
During Halloween, as midnight nears... THEY CRAWL.
𝑻𝑯𝑬𝒀 𝑪𝑹𝑨𝑾𝑳 is an unconventional tower defense game where insects try to attack your house in search of your candy. Build and upgrade 3 types of turrets around your house in order to defend what's yours. Spend your candy wisely, for it might be key to your survival.
I made this game in around a month's time so it's a short experience. I had fun making it, and I think it turned out pretty good.
