The Power of Gentleness: Strength Wrapped in Love
I didn’t raise my children with “gentle parenting.” It wasn’t even a thing back then. Now it’s a trend—but one that gets a lot
Not because I know everything about you.
But because I know what it’s like to feel unseen, unwanted, & unworthy.
For a long time, I believed something was wrong with me.
I learned how to survive, but not how to feel safe inside myself.
Over time, & with a lot of gentleness, I discovered that healing doesn’t begin with fixing yourself.
It begins with repairing your relationship with yourself.
That shift changed everything for me.
Today, I help others do the same at a pace that honors their story, their nervous system, & their faith journey.
You don’t have to relive everything to heal.
You don’t have to force yourself forward.
Plus you don’t have to do it alone.
Healing happens when love leads. That’s the foundation of my work. Because healing grows best where safety lives.
