Marc C. Ganzi is Chief Executive Officer at DigitalBridge and has been an investor and operator in the digital infrastructure sector for more than 30 years.  Mr. Ganzi has led DigitalBridge’s transformation to become a premier platform for digital infrastructure and alternative asset investment.

Mr. Ganzi originally founded Digital Bridge Holdings in 2013 and, as its CEO, built the firm into a leading global manager of digital infrastructure assets with more than $20 billion in AUM, until its merger in July 2019 into the current public company, DigitalBridge Group, Inc.

Previously, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”), which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.

Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.

In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.

Mr. Ganzi received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission.

Ben Jenkins is President and Chief Investment Officer at DigitalBridge. Mr. Jenkins is also the Co-Founder of Digital Bridge Holdings and the former Chairman of Global Tower Partners.

Prior to forming Digital Bridge Holdings, Mr. Jenkins was a Senior Managing Director and head of the Hong Kong office for The Blackstone Group. During his 12 years at Blackstone, Mr. Jenkins led over a dozen private equity investments (including Global Tower Partners) across a range of industries and geographies, including telecommunications deals in developed and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Jenkins was an associate at Saunders, Karp and Megrue (now Apax) and a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Jenkins received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Liam Stewart is Chief Operating Officer at DigitalBridge. Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Stewart was the Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation. He has approximately 15 years of experience in acquiring, operating and financing infrastructure assets in the U.S., Australia, and Asia. 

Prior to joining Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in 2014, Mr. Stewart was a Senior Vice President and Management Partner at Global Tower Partners (GTP), where he had responsibility for all capital markets initiatives and led over a dozen domestic and international financings for GTP. He was also responsible for all treasury, capital markets and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations and reporting initiatives at GTP. Prior to joining GTP in 2009, Mr. Stewart was employed by the Macquarie Group where he had day to day responsibility for a listed Macquarie affiliate’s North American media and telecommunications investments. 

Mr. Stewart has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. He is also admitted to practice as a solicitor in the state of New South Wales.

Thomas Mayrhofer is the Chief Financial Officer at DigitalBridge. Mr. Mayrhofer brings more than two decades of robust financial and operational experience across the asset management industry.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Mayrhofer served as CFO and, subsequently, Chief Operating Officer at alternative asset manager EJF Capital, where he was responsible for the firm’s financial, operational, technology, and legal functions.

Prior to EJF Capital, Mr. Mayrhofer spent nearly 18 years at The Carlyle Group in a variety of financial roles across all of the firm's products—including private equity, energy, real estate and credit. He concluded his tenure at Carlyle as a Partner and CFO of the firm’s Private Equity business, where he led a team of more than 90 finance professionals and had oversight of approximately $100 billion of assets under management.

Mr. Mayrhofer graduated from The College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Justin Chang is Senior Managing Director, Head of Asia at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Chang is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation and management of new investments in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Chang served as Global Head of Private Equity for Colony Capital, Inc. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Colony American Homes from its founding in 2012 to its merger with Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust in January 2016.

Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2010, Mr. Chang was a Partner with TPG Capital, an international private equity investment firm that he joined in 1993. At TPG, Mr. Chang was involved in private equity investments across a broad range of industries including consumer products, financial services, healthcare, real estate, technology, media and telecommunications in multiple geographies in North America and Asia.

Mr. Chang received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics and Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the Yale President’s Council on International Activities, the Yale Development Council and the Board of Advisors of the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.

Dean T. Criares is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Credit at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Criares has over 30 years of experience investing in credit products with specialties in leveraged finance, structured products and capital markets.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Criares was a co-managing partner of Sound Harbor Partners, a private investment manager focused on non‑investment grade corporate credit.  In 2017, Sound Harbor was acquired by Allianz Global Investors where, until joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Criares continued to advise the funds previously managed by Sound Harbor Partners.

Prior to Sound Harbor, Mr. Criares was a Senior Managing Director and partner of The Blackstone Group where he was the founding member of the firm’s senior debt platform.  Mr. Criares joined Blackstone in 2002 and built the firm’s senior debt business to scale with offices in New York and London.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Criares spent 17 years at CIBC World Markets with focus on sourcing, underwriting and monitoring non-investment grade credit investments.  From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Criares served as original member of Trimaran Advisors, a CIBC affiliated asset manager, where he was responsible for growing and managing the unit’s $3.0 billion senior debt portfolio.

Mr. Criares received a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jonathan Friesel is Senior Managing Director, Head of Fiber at DigitalBridge Investment Management.  Mr. Friesel has over 28 years of experience investing in and advising companies in the communications, media, technology and tech enabled services industries.  Mr. Friesel is a leader in the Firm’s communications and services areas and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and management of new investments in these sectors and for non-infrastructure private equity investments.  

Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Friesel was a Founder and Managing Partner of Twin Point Capital, where he had senior managerial responsibility for the firm’s investment activities and operations.  Prior to Twin Point, Mr. Friesel was a Partner of Oak Hill Capital, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and held senior leadership responsibilities for the firm’s Media & Communications and Services investment groups. He also served on the firm’s operations, compliance and ESG committees.  Mr. Friesel also worked at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., in its Telecommunications and Media group.  

Mr. Friesel received his Bachelor of Sciences from Cornell University and is an Emeritus Member of the Advisory Council of the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell. 

Jeff Ginsberg is Managing Director, Co-Head of Core Strategy and Chairperson of the Responsible Investment Committee at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Ginsberg has more than 32 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience in the telecom infrastructure and services, real estate, and private equity sectors.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Ginsberg was a Managing Director and Operating Partner of Mistral Equity Partners, a consumer-focused private equity fund.

Before joining Mistral in 2008, Mr. Ginsberg was Executive Chairman of InfoHighway Communications, a telecommunications services provider, and CEO/co-founder of its predecessor entity Eureka Broadband.

Prior to co-founding Eureka, Mr. Ginsberg was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Apex Site Management, which grew from its inception in 1995 to become the largest third-party manager of wireless and wireline sites in the U.S. at the time of its sale to SpectraSite in January 2000. Mr. Ginsberg was also the co-founder of Horizon Cellular Group, which grew from a start-up in 1991 (in partnership with McCaw Cellular) to become one of the largest cellular system operators in the country prior to the sale of the business.

Mr. Ginsberg received a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Leslie Wolff Golden is Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations at DigitalBridge. Ms. Golden is also responsible for marketing and communications across the DigitalBridge Investment Management platform and serves on the firm’s Responsible Investment Committee.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Golden was a Managing Director in the Investor Solutions Group of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets where she was primarily responsible for raising capital from and managing relationships with institutional investors and consultants. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Golden was a Managing Director at Ridgewood Energy where she was the Head of Investor Relations. Ms. Golden also was involved with principal investing and portfolio management.  Ms. Golden started her career in investment banking with Lehman Brothers and subsequently worked at Bankers Trust and Bank of America (NationsBanc Montgomery).

Ms. Golden is a founding member of the Wharton Women in Private Equity/Venture Capital and sits on the Advisory Board of Wharton Private Equity/Venture Capital. 

Ms. Golden received a Bachelor of Science and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Geoffrey Goldschein is Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at DigitalBridge. Mr. Goldschein is responsible for the management of legal affairs and generally provides legal and other support to the operations of DigitalBridge. He has 20 years of experience advising on fund formations, U.S. securities laws, portfolio company acquisitions and divestitures, and other material portfolio company matters.

Prior to DigitalBridge, he spent ten years at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), where he worked as legal counsel for many listed and unlisted infrastructure funds.

Prior to MIRA, Mr. Goldschein worked in the corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyout groups of several large international law firms, primarily representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of domestic and international transactions.

Mr. Goldschein received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from Tufts University. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a senior editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and served as an intern in the Satellite Division of the Federal Communications Commission.

Jacqueline Luu is a Managing Director, Head of Internal Audit at DigitalBridge.  Ms. Luu has more than 28 years of audit, transformation, turn-around, and executive experience in the real estate, hospitality, security, cash logistics, and healthcare technology sectors for public accounting firms, public companies and start-up/turnaround companies.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Luu was the Chief Audit Executive of various companies including WeWork, Wyndham Destinations, and The ADT Corporation, where she built the internal audit function and enterprise risk management programs and was a key leader assisting through spins, splits, going public and other corporate transactions.  At Garda Cash Logistics and Tyco International, Ms. Luu served in transformation leader roles to identify opportunities and lead initiatives which yielded significant cost savings.  In addition, Ms. Luu previously served in numerous SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, and internal audit roles at Eclipsys.  Ms. Luu began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP in their assurance advisory and business consulting practices. 

Ms. Luu received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Accounting from the University of Florida.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a real estate associate license in Florida. 

Jon Mauck is a Senior Managing Director, DigitalBridge Investment Management.  Mr. Mauck has 25 years of experience investing in, advising and operating, communications infrastructure businesses.  Mr. Mauck leads the data center investment strategy at DigitalBridge Investment Management and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation, and management of new investments in the data center sector on a global basis. Mr. Mauck is a member of the investment committee overseeing all new fund investments and the Executive committee that oversees the operations of DigitalBridge globally.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Mauck was a partner in and CFO and President of IO Data Centers, a privately held data center company, that developed and operated over 1.5 million square feet of data center space across North America, Europe, and Asia.  Previously, Mr. Mauck was Managing Director and Global Head of the Technology Infrastructure group at Citigroup’s Investment Bank. Mr. Mauck was attorney in New York at Thatcher Proffit focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Mauck received a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Economics from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Boston College.

Kevin Smithen is Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer at DigitalBridge, where he leads capital formation and co-investment across all products and strategies. Additionally, Mr. Smithen has sourced proprietary, off-market fiber and data center deals for DigitalBridge since 2018. Mr. Smithen has over 27 years of experience in the global communications industry.

Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Smithen worked in the equity research division of Macquarie Securities (USA) Inc., most recently as Managing Director, Telecom Services and Infrastructure and as Sector Head for Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT). He has been recognized by StarMine, Bloomberg, and Institutional Investor as a leading analyst and thought leader.

Previously, he worked as a senior analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Lazard Global Opportunities Fund and the Lazard TMT Advantage Fund. He was also the first investment analyst at Coatue Capital, a leading TMT sector hedge fund. Mr. Smithen began his career as an investment banker at Smith Barney, Inc. (Citigroup) in their Media and Telecommunications Group.

Mr. Smithen earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, Middle East, and European Policy, magna cum laude, with Distinction from Duke University.

Francisco Sorrentino is Chief People Officer at DigitalBridge. Mr. Sorrentino is responsible for managing DigitalBridge’s organizational effectiveness, team engagement & performance and our employee value proposition.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2023, Mr. Sorrentino was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Operating Partner at Softbank Group where he built the internal HR Function and a Human Capital practice to support Softbank’s portfolio companies while building their teams and best practices. Prior to Softbank Group, Mr. Sorrentino directed the Human Resources division for Microsoft in Latin America, while also serving on their Global HR Executive Leadership team, playing a key role leading a pivotal business and cultural transformation. Mr. Sorrentino led the Organizational Effectiveness practice at AIG, during the reorganization post the 2008 financial crisis, and held various leadership positions at IBM, over his 17 years with the company.

Mr. Sorrentino studied Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires and Agricultural Economics at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires.

Steven Sonnenstein is a Senior Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management and is an accomplished telecommunications infrastructure executive with over 25 years of global mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations experience. Mr. Sonnenstein is responsible for the origination, evaluation, completion, and ongoing asset management of new investments on a global basis.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Sonnenstein was a Senior Director at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, where he initiated and led telecommunications infrastructure investing within the broader infrastructure group in addition to his other investment management responsibilities.

Before joining PSP Investments, Mr. Sonnenstein worked for Brookfield Asset Management in its Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups with a particular focus on and experience in South America. Prior to that, Mr. Sonnenstein spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions and distressed advisory.

Mr. Sonnenstein received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a post graduate degree in Chartered Accountancy.

Stephen Stryker is a Managing Director, Chief Information Officer at DigitalBridge. Mr. Stryker oversees all aspects of technology, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, software engineering, and data management. Mr. Stryker brings over 25 years of experience in leading technology organizations within the alternative asset industry.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Stryker held the position of Senior Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Värde Partners, a $14 billion AUM credit hedge fund where he was responsible for the development and implementation of technology strategy and execution. Prior to Värde, Mr. Stryker was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's financial services organization, specializing in wealth and asset management advisory services. 

Prior to his role at Ernst & Young, Mr. Stryker was part of The Carlyle Group for 15 years, where he established and led the Enterprise Architecture, Investor and Investment Solutions, Program Management Office, and Data Engineering teams for the information technology organization. 

Mr. Stryker received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University. 

Tracey Teh serves as Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer at DigitalBridge.  Ms. Teh oversees the accounting function for the DigitalBridge public company, managing corporate and investment accounting, SEC financial reporting, accounting policy and technical accounting. Ms. Teh has played an active role in the evolution of DigitalBridge, including involvement in acquisitions, mergers, spin-off, and continuing business transformation.

Ms. Teh joined DigitalBridge from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where she was in the Assurance practice in Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Singapore. Ms. Teh was a Senior Manager at PwC, leading the audits of public clients in the financial services industry, primarily in mortgage banking and alternative investment management.

Ms. Teh is a Certified Public Accountant in California and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney in Australia.

Kristen Whealon is a Managing Director, Chief Compliance Officer at DigitalBridge, a position she has held since November 2017.  Ms. Whealon was formerly the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for DigitalBridge, a position she has held since April 2014. 

Ms. Whealon’s responsibilities include regulatory and compliance oversight for the registered investment adviser, maintaining written supervisory procedures, maintaining the firm’s books and records, handling regulatory examinations and investigations and reviewing and approving advertising and sales literature.  Ms. Whealon also served as Chief Compliance Officer of NorthStar Securities, LLC, a former broker dealer affiliate of DigitalBridge from December 2011 to October 2018.  Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Whealon was an Assistant Compliance Officer at Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. from August 2002 to November 2011 where she provided compliance support to more than 250 registered representatives.  Ms. Whealon began her career at American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. 

Ms. Whealon received a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University, is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and is Series 7, 24 and 63 licensed. 

Severin White is a Managing Director, Head of Public Investor Relations at DigitalBridge.  Mr. White is responsible for managing DigitalBridge’s public investor engagement, communicating DigitalBridge’s strategy to investors, analysts and the broader investment community.  He also serves as an advisor and resource to DigitalBridge’s senior management team on strategic business initiatives.

Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. White was the founder and managing member of Niagara Share LLC, a financial advisory practice serving family office investors. Previously, Mr. White served for 10 years as a key member of the investment team at funds managed by New Vernon Capital and subsequently Columbia Pacific Advisors, managing capital focused principally on long/short equity investments in US-listed technology and consumer companies.

Previously, Mr. White held various senior operational and finance roles including as the Senior Vice President, Business Development at Smithsonian Business Ventures.  Mr. White began his career at Bastion Capital, a Los Angeles‐based middle market private equity buyout fund.

Mr. White received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

Tae E. Ahn is a Managing Director, Head of Asia Capital Formation at DigitalBridge Investment Management.  Mr. Ahn is based in Singapore and focuses on business development and client relationship management across Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Ahn was the Head of Korea, Senior Client Relationship Manager at Partners Group, where he worked for 7 years. He was responsible for Partners Group’s overall business activities in Korea primarily focusing on fund raising, client relationship management and deal sourcing. Mr. Ahn has more than 15 years of experience since starting his professional career at JP Morgan New York in its Investment Banking Division and continuing at Credit Suisse HK, Debt Capital Markets. Since 2009, Mr. Ahn has focused on fund raising during his tenures at ING Investment Management Korea and H&Q Korea Partners Holdings before joining Partners Group. 

Mr. Ahn graduated from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and holds a Masters Degree in International Economic Policy from Columbia University, New York.

Parker Anderson is a Managing Director, Head of Global Corporate Development and Portfolio Management at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Anderson is responsible for corporate development, finance, and portfolio management for DigitalBridge on a global basis.

Mr. Anderson joined the organization in 2009, and has served in finance and business development roles of increasing scope and responsibility. In his roles at DigitalBridge, his responsibilities have focused on strategic mergers and acquisitions, new business initiatives, financial planning and analysis, capital markets, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Anderson was a member of the acquisitions team at a private real estate investment manager where he focused on the identification, evaluation, and execution of new investments throughout the United States.

Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.

Alan Bezoza is a Managing Director, Liquid Strategies at DigitalBridge Investment Management with a focus on public equity securities within the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors. Mr. Bezoza has spent over 20 years researching and investing in the TMT sector with a particular focus on the global Communications and Media Ecosystem, which includes media, cable, telecoms, mobile towers, data centers, communications technology, data networking and their respective supply chains. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2020, Mr. Bezoza was a Partner and Sector Head at Dorsal Capital, a market-neutral hedge fund, where he focused on the Media, Telecom and Communications Technology sectors.  Prior to Dorsal, he spent over seven years at Janus Capital, where he was a Senior Analyst and Co-Sector Lead of the Communications investment team that included the Telecom, Media and Internet sectors.  Mr. Bezoza previously worked in equity research as a Senior Vice President at both Oppenheimer and Friedman Billings Ramsey.  He has published numerous industry white papers, appearing in print and financial news outlets (CNBC, Bloomberg, WSJ, etc.), and has keynoted industry conferences.  In 2005, he was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a “Best on the Street” analyst for his stock picks in the Broadcasting and Entertainment sector.  Mr. Bezoza started his career at Lazard Asset Management, where he worked on the Emerging Markets and International Small Cap portfolios.

Mr. Bezoza received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.

James Branson is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge on the Asset Management team.  In this capacity, Mr. Branson focuses on onboarding new investments and value creation initiatives across the firm.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Branson worked at Macquarie Group, and Macquarie-affiliated companies, for over 16 years.  Most notably, he was responsible for asset management and investor reporting at Macquarie’s listed REIT in Mexico, FIBRA Macquarie, and managed the shared services company that was part of Macquarie’s listed infrastructure fund in the US, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation.

Mr. Branson received a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Information Systems), with honors, from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.

Madelyn Brennan is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management in New York. Ms. Brennan is involved in the origination, execution, and management of digital infrastructure investments and opportunities. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Brennan was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, where she focused on infrastructure investments. Prior to Brookfield Asset Management, Ms. Brennan was an Investment Manager at Ardian on the firm’s secondaries and primaries platform. She began her career in the Energy Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan.

Madelyn graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University (“SMU”), earning a B.B.A. in Finance with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management and a minor in Economics. 

Chris Bucaria is a Managing Director, Liquid Strategies at DigitalBridge Investment Management, where he heads business development for the DigitalBridge Concentrated Alpha Fund, a long/short public equity strategy focused on the Global Communications and Cloud Ecosystem. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Bucaria was a founding employee, Partner and Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Encompass Capital Advisors, a long/short equity hedge fund focused on energy. Prior to Encompass, he was a Partner and Director of Investor Relations with Hunter Global Investors, LP, a multi-sector long/short equity manager. Mr. Bucaria began his hedge fund career at Andor Capital Management, which was the largest long/short manager at the time. Earlier in his career, he held audit and business management roles at Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. 

Mr. Bucaria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Fordham University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

James Burke is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management and the Co-Head of InfraBridge. Mr. Burke is based in London and focuses on European investments and opportunities. He is an accomplished infrastructure investor with over 12 years of sector experience.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Burke was a Director at Alinda Capital Partners, one of the largest infrastructure investment firms operating in North America and Europe with a focus on telecom, energy, transportation, and contracted infrastructure assets. Prior to Alinda, Mr. Burke began his career in London as an M&A Analyst in the Global Infrastructure Group at Citigroup.

Mr. Burke received a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Arts Degree in Chinese Studies from Cambridge University.

Wilson Chung is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Chung is based in Singapore and focuses on identifying and evaluating Asia Pacific investment opportunities. He has over 15 years of infrastructure, private equity, and corporate finance experience in Asia.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Chung was most recently a Senior Vice President in the infrastructure principal investments team at Macquarie Capital.  He led Macquarie’s balance sheet investments in digital infrastructure in Asia, with a focus on building platforms and developing greenfield datacenters and other digital infrastructure assets. Prior to that role, Mr. Chung worked in Macquarie Capital’s private capital markets team where he focused on principal investments and advisory mandates across the consumer and technology sectors in Asia.

Prior to Macquarie Capital, Mr. Chung was a co-founder and CFO of Litegrid Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong telecommunications infrastructure developer and prior to that, he covered consumer, industrial and telecom investments for Unitas Capital, an Asian regional private equity fund. Mr. Chung started his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.

Mr. Chung received a Bachelor of Laws, with honors, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Blake Clardy is Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at DigitalBridge.  Mr. Clardy is responsible for legal oversight of DigitalBridge’s capital markets activities, ongoing disclosure and reporting obligations under U.S. federal securities laws and corporate transactions and governance matters. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Clardy was Counsel in the Capital Markets group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP. 

Mr. Clardy received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago.

Andrew Cocks is Head of Global Wealth Solutions at DigitalBridge, where he is responsible for leading the firm’s wealth management strategy, which will play a critical part in capital formation efforts, as DigitalBridge continues to expand its global footprint. In this role, Andrew and his team work with private banks, wealth managers and family offices to understand their investment needs and create unique opportunities in the wealth management space. 

Before joining DigitalBridge, Andrew was a Director in KKR’s Global Client Solutions Group, where he led sales and business strategy for Private Wealth Partners (EMEA). In this role, he was responsible for distributing KKR’s funds to top wealth management platforms, was intimately involved in the creation of KKR’s evergreen vehicles and was a member of the leadership committee for KKR’s Global Private Wealth Partners business.

Prior to KKR, Andrew spent four years at Blackstone in the Private Wealth Solutions team, where he drove sales and strategy efforts. His career also includes five years at Lyxor Asset Management and five years at Goldman Sachs, where he held various roles in strategy, product development, and distribution.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Port Elizabeth.

Kyle Colvin is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management and provides legal and professional support to the operations of DigitalBridge.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Colvin spent over 10 years at the international law firm Linklaters LLP where his practice as a Corporate / M&A Counsel focused on advising private equity funds and other financial sponsor clients on a variety of complex cross-border M&A transactions. 

Mr. Colvin received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science from the University of Oxford. He earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

Quynh Conlon is a Managing Director within the Legal Department of DigitalBridge Investment Management. Ms. Conlon is based in London and provides senior legal support for the European and APAC investment teams.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Conlon held a senior in-house legal role at a large Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund advising its real estate and infrastructure department. 

A native Vietnamese speaker, Ms. Conlon received a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Casey Crooks is Managing Director, Global Head of Tax responsible for the global tax function at DigitalBridge and its affiliates. Mr. Crooks brings nearly 20 years of experience in the alternative asset management industry.  

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Crooks was Head of Tax at One Investment Management and EJF Capital where he was responsible for the firms’ tax functions including fund and investment tax structuring, tax strategy, and global tax reporting. He has expertise across multiple and diverse asset classes, including private equity, credit, real estate and publicly traded securities.

Previously Mr. Crooks was responsible for tax structuring and deal execution at King Street Capital Management and Tax Segment Lead for the Asia and Europe buyout funds at The Carlyle Group. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the financial services and private equity group. 

Mr. Crooks is a Certified Public Accountant and a has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University. 

Christopher Falzon is a Managing Director, North American Capital Formation at DigitalBridge.  

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Falzon was Director, Business Development at IFM Investors, where he was primarily responsible for raising capital and managing relationships with institutional investors and consultants, as well as spearheading product strategy for IFM’s Infrastructure Debt platform. Prior to IFM, Mr. Falzon was a member of the Institutional Distribution team at Credit Suisse Asset Management representing their Alternative Investments platform. Mr. Falzon started his career at HSBC in their Global Transaction Banking business.

Mr. Falzon received his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Mr. Falzon is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Alice Franks is Managing Director, Co-Head of Europe Capital Formation at DigitalBridge Investment Management.  Ms. Franks is based in London and focuses on business development and client relationship management across Europe. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Franks was Managing Director – Head of Europe Distribution at AMP Capital, where she worked for 6 years. She was responsible for AMP Capital’s business development activities in Europe focusing on fund raising and client relationship management. Ms. Franks has more than 20 years of experience since starting her professional career at Ruffer Investment Company as an Assistant Fund Manager, investing discretionary private client’s capital across equity and debt. Since 2009, Ms. Franks has focused on private markets fund raising during her tenures at Igneo Infrastructure Partners before joining AMP Capital. 

Ms. Franks holds a Business Degree from University of West of England Bristol, UK.

Zachary Gellman is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Gellman is based in London and focuses on sourcing, evaluating and managing European digital infrastructure investments and opportunities. Mr. Gellman joined DigitalBridge in 2016 in the Boca Raton and New York offices before relocating in 2019 to help open the London office.

Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Gellman worked at BlackArch Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on mid-market transactions across a broad range of asset classes and sectors. 

Mr. Gellman received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

Brian Giaquinta is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Giaquinta is based in Boca Raton, Florida and is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing new and existing investments across each of the digital infrastructure subsectors globally. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Giaquinta was an investment professional at Comvest Partners, a middle-market private equity firm in South Florida. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (nka Truist) in Atlanta. 

Mr. Giaquinta received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Information Systems & Operations Management from the University of Florida.

Manjari Govada, CFA, is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Ms. Govada is based in London and focuses on evaluating and managing European digital infrastructure investments and opportunities. In 2018, Ms. Govada relocated from DigitalBridge’s New York office to help open the London office.

Prior to DigitalBridge, Ms. Govada was at BlackRock, in the Alternative Solutions Group focused on direct special situation investments across various alternative asset classes, geographies and sectors.

Ms. Govada received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Minnesota, Morris and a Master of Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Chea Hart is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Hart is involved in the identification, evaluation, and management of digital infrastructure investments and opportunities. He is an investor with over 13 years of infrastructure experience.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Hart was a Principal at Ridgewood Infrastructure, a real assets investment manager, where he focused on direct investments in the communications, energy, and transportation sectors. Prior to Ridgewood Infrastructure, Mr. Hart was an investment professional at IFM Investors, one of the largest infrastructure investors globally. He started his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Hart received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Javier Hernández is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Hernández is based in New York and is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing new and existing investments across all of the key digital infrastructure subsectors in North America, Latin America, and Europe. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Hernández was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Latin America M&A group working across all industries in the region.

A Spanish and Portuguese speaker, Mr. Hernández received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in Finance with minors in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Miami.

William Hughes, III is a Managing Director, Liquid Strategies at DigitalBridge Investment Management.  He joined the firm from Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors where he managed funds focused on special situation investments in TMT, real estate and financial services.

Prior to that, Mr. Hughes was a portfolio manager for the Condorcet Opportunity Fund, an event driven hedge fund controlled by Societe Generale. Mr. Hughes has been engaged in value and event driven investing as an analyst and portfolio manager since 1998, and he previously managed similar strategies at Allen & Company and Pequot Capital Management. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group.

Mr. Hughes is an honors graduate of the University of Chicago with a concentration in economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Imran Jumabhoy is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management with over a decade of experience in investing and consulting for Digital Infrastructure, Technology and IT Services businesses. Imran was a founding member of the DigitalBridge Asia Pacific office in Singapore, and was instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence in the region and advancing its data center investment strategy. Imran played a key role in DigitalBridge’s investment and management of AIMS, a leading Malaysian data center provider, as well as in the early development of Vantage Data Centers Asia Pacific predecessor, AgileDC. He has also been actively involved in evaluating, raising debt financing and executing numerous other digital infrastructure transactions across the region, contributing to the firm’s growth and success in Asia. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Imran was at Madison Dearborn Partners in Chicago, where he worked on several transactions within the TMT sector, including the investment in NaviSite, a provider of managed cloud and hosting services, and was previously at The Boston Consulting Group’s Los Angeles office, focused on TMT and Private Equity.

Imran holds a Master of Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge.

Pascale Labrecque is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Ms. Labrecque is based in London and is responsible for originating, executing, and managing new and existing investments in Europe. With over eight years of experience working in infrastructure investing, she has led and co-led acquisitions, financings, and divestment processes in markets across Europe and the Americas.   

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Labrecque was a Director at InfraRed Capital Partners, where she initiated and led the digital infrastructure investing for the firm’s core strategy. Previously, she worked at PSP Investments, where she covered various sub-sectors, including digital infrastructure, utilities, and sat on the boards of TDF, Angel Trains, and Polat Enerji. Earlier in her career she worked for GE Capital as a financial analyst.

Ms. Labrecque graduated as valedictorian and received a Bachelor of Finance from HEC Montréal.

Sadiq Malik is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management and the Co-Head of InfraBridge. Mr. Malik is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of in-depth investing experience in private, distressed and public companies across a variety of industries including the digital infrastructure verticals of towers, data centers, fiber and ground lease buyouts. At DigitalBridge, Mr. Malik is responsible for identifying, evaluating, consummating, and managing investments across all our verticals globally with a specific focus on the Americas and the MEA regions. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Malik was a co-founding partner of Oskie Capital, a public and private equity firm, which invested in companies undergoing positive business transformations and corporate change.  Previously, he also worked on President Obama’s Auto Task Force at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during the financial crisis in 2009.

Earlier in his career Mr. Malik was an investment professional at Och-Ziff Capital, The Blackstone Group and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Malik received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Geneviève Maltais-Boisvert is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in global infrastructure funds direct investing, and corporate finance. With extensive experience across the digital infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, Ms. Maltais-Boisvert plays a key role in driving DigitalBridge’s investment strategy. She is responsible for the identification, evaluation, execution, and management of strategic investments, ensuring value creation and long-term growth.  

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Maltais-Boisvert served as Director of Infrastructure Investments at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments).

Earlier in her career, Ms. Maltais-Boisvert served as Lead Climate Change and Sustainability Advisor at QGC in Australia, she also worked in London at Greencoat Capital, a private equity fund focused on renewable energy. Ms. Maltais-Boisvert started her career in investment banking and M&A at Scotiabank in Montréal.

Ms. Maltais-Boisvert received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Rommel A. Marseille is Managing Director, Head of North American Capital Formation at DigitalBridge Investment Management.  

Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2007, Mr. Marseille founded Carrefour Capital, LLC and worked at Diamond Edge Capital Partners where he raised capital for various private equity, hedge fund and real estate clients. Mr. Marseille started his professional career as a public official in the administration of New York City Mayor David N. Dinkins where he worked on the city's capital program and various economic development projects. He subsequently worked as an investment banker at Artemis Capital Group and Dain Rauscher structuring tax-exempt and taxable municipal debt for public issuers across the country. Mr. Marseille later worked as an advisor at a boutique investment banking firm providing advisory services on leveraged lease transactions to public sector clients.

Mr. Marseille graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz. In addition, Mr. Marseille holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from SUNY Albany.

Chris Moon is a Managing Director, Credit at DigitalBridge Investment Management.  Mr. Moon is responsible for origination in the Americas and European regions and has over 20 years of experience in the Communications and Technology sectors including over 15 years of direct experience in sourcing transactions in digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Moon was a Managing Director and founding member of the TMT Sector Lending Group at ING Bank and had responsibility for origination, structuring and underwriting leveraged transactions in North America and LatAm. Prior to ING, Chris was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division and a CPA at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Communications and Technology practice.

Mr. Moon received an MBA and MS in Tax and a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Northeastern University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Aaron Ochstein is Managing Director, Capital Formation – Liquid Strategies at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Ochstein is based in London and focuses on business development and client relationships management for the DigitalBridge Liquid Strategies globally.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge,  Aaron held a series of senior distribution roles.  Most recently, Mr. Ochstein was Head of Sales at Ranger Global.  Prior to Ranger Global, Mr. Ochstein was an integral part of Raymond James Investment Management’s leadership team—serving as Global Head of Sales and Head of Global Consultant Relations—and contributed to building a global, multi-boutique asset management business. He has also held key distribution roles at firms such as Mesirow Financial, European Credit Management, and Bank of America/Banc of America Securities. Early in his career, he was a consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Ochstein holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has successfully passed the CPA exam (currently inactive).

Raymond Pang is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Pang is based in New York and focuses on evaluating, executing, and managing new and existing investments across each of the digital infrastructure subsectors globally.  

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Pang worked at TAP Advisors, a boutique TMT-focused advisory firm in New York, where he covered the wireless and telecom infrastructure industries.  

Mr. Pang received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Ami Parikh is a Principal within the Compliance Department of DigitalBridge. Ms. Parikh is also the Chief Compliance Officer of Digital Bridge Advisors, LLC.  Ms. Parikh is based in New York and is responsible for regulatory and compliance oversight for all registered investment advisors of DigitalBridge, Anti-Money Laundering reviews and US and other International Privacy and Data Protections Laws and Regulations. Ms. Parikh is also the firm’s Data Protection Officer and a member of the firm's Responsible Investment Committee.  

Prior to DigitalBridge, Ms. Parikh was the Deputy Compliance Officer at Riverstone Holdings, Inc., where she oversaw the compliance program for their private equity and broker-dealer businesses.  

Ms. Parikh received a B.B.A. degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University.

Joshua Parrish is a Managing Director, Credit at DigitalBridge Investment Management. He has 20 years of experience in credit investing and leveraged finance.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Parrish was a Managing Director at Ascribe Capital with responsibility for originating, structuring, managing and exiting distressed and opportunistic investments across a variety of sectors.

Prior to Ascribe, Mr. Parrish was a Managing Director and founding team member of Sound Harbor Partners where he was responsible for originating, structuring, managing and exiting capital solutions investments and was a Portfolio Manager focused on risk management for Sound Harbor’s performing credit funds.

At both Ascribe Capital and Sound Harbor Partners, Mr. Parrish was an active board member for several portfolio companies. Prior to joining Sound Harbor, Mr. Parrish also held positions within high yield capital markets and credit advisory at Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Parrish received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Manuel Polanco is a Principal at DigitalBridge. Mr. Polanco provides tax and structuring support to the operations and investment activities of DigitalBridge.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Polanco was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on providing tax advisory and structuring services to private equity funds, infrastructure funds, and sovereign wealth funds for their cross-border M&A transactions. Mr. Polanco began his career as an Associate at a renowned law firm in his native Venezuela.

Mr. Polanco earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Taxation from New York University. Before his LLM, Mr. Polanco received a law degree, cum laude, from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas.

Wendy Pryce is Managing Director at DigitalBridge Group, Inc., where she co-leads the firm’s global stabilized data center strategies and leads strategic relationships with institutional real estate investors worldwide.

Prior to DigitalBridge, Wendy was a Managing Director at Nuveen, where she led capital raising efforts across the Americas and drove distribution across core, value-add, and opportunistic real estate equity and debt strategies. She previously spent more than a decade at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she held senior roles spanning portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions and capital formation for private real estate funds.

Wendy began her career at KPMG Consulting advising global real estate and financial services clients. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is actively involved in the real assets community, including PREA, IREI, ULI, SuperReturn, and NCREIF.

Francisco Sabal is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management, based in New York. He is responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the full spectrum of digital infrastructure sectors globally.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Sabal was a member of Scotiabank’s M&A group in New York, where he focused on infrastructure transactions. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup.

Mr. Sabal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors, with majors in Finance and Economics from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Patsy Sandys is a Managing Director in the Capital Formation Team at DigitalBridge, based in London. She is responsible for leading the execution of the co-investment programme, encompassing equity syndications, secondary transactions, and primary capital raises. With over 12 years of experience in investment management, she began her career as a lawyer before transitioning into the finance sector.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Sandys held various roles at AMP Capital, including in-house legal counsel, where she specialised in fund formation, capital raising, and M&A. Before that, she led co-investments and played a key role in developing and implementing the ESG strategy for AMP Capital’s global infrastructure fund. Earlier in her career, she practised as a solicitor at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts in New Zealand.

Ms. Sandys has a Bachelor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Xenia Sarri is a Managing Director at DigitalBridge, overseeing the firm's capital markets activities across Europe for new investments and portfolio companies. Ms. Sarri has over 20 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years in debt capital markets, primarily in the TMT sector, with an emphasis on digital infrastructure and software transactions. She has successfully completed more than 90 financing transactions, arranging over $70 billion of debt globally through a comprehensive array of debt and capital markets products.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Sarri served as Managing Director at Lincoln International, where she led the European TMT Capital Advisory practice. Prior to Lincoln, she was with the Debt Structuring & Origination team at Jefferies in London and, previously, with ING Bank’s TMT Structured Finance team in New York and Amsterdam.

Ms. Sarri holds a B.A. in Business Administration and International Affairs from Franklin & Marshall College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tejinder Singh is Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Based in Singapore, Mr. Singh is part of the Asia-pacific investment team and involved in the identification, evaluation, and management of digital infrastructure investments and opportunities in that region. He has over 14 years of infrastructure experience.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Singh was a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Asset Management (MAM).  During 10 years with MAM, Mr. Singh was involved in building MAM’s business in India and South-East Asia. In India, he led the acquisition of solar platform from Hindustan Power and the divestment of MAM’s investment in GMR Airports. Mr. Singh was responsible for MAM’s entry in Indonesia as he originated and executed their investments in Tower Bersama, one of the largest telecom tower companies in Indonesia. Mr. Singh started his career as an associate at SBI Capital Markets.

Mr. Singh received a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

Alastair Small is a Principal in the InfraBridge investment management team and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, execution and management of new and existing infrastructure investments. He is an investor with over 13 years of infrastructure experience and currently sits on the board of and manages InfraBridge's investments in Expedient and Achieve Together.

Mr. Small joined the infrastructure equity team of InfraBridge (formerly AMP Capital) in 2016 and has extensive experience across the diversified infrastructure space including digital, energy transition, transportation and healthcare services. He was involved in the acquisitions of Axion, Valley Healthcare, Regard & CMG (now Achieve Together), VX Fiber and led the sales of Adven and Speed Fibre Group. He started his career at KPMG’s Corporate Finance team in London before being seconded to Tokyo.

Mr. Small holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).

Carole Soudier is a Principal within the Legal Department of DigitalBridge. Ms. Soudier is based in Luxembourg and provides Legal and CoSec support for the European investment teams.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Soudier spent over 8 years in the Corporate/M&A department of the international law firm Baker McKenzie in Luxembourg.

Ms. Soudier received a Master of Laws, with honors, from the University of Metz (France) and a LL.M. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law (USA).

Zach Stephenson is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Stephenson plays a key role in the origination, underwriting, and management of investments across the firm's global digital infrastructure portfolio, with a focus on hyperscale data center platforms, wireless connectivity solutions and fiber investments.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Stephenson worked at Credit Suisse on the TMT Investment Banking team.

Mr. Stephenson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics.

Sylvio S. Tabet is a Managing Director, Head of Middle Eastern Capital Formation at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Tabet is responsible for interfacing with the firm's current and prospective investors in the Middle East on all aspects of capital formation across its various platforms.

Prior to joining the DigitalBridge business in 2011, Mr. Tabet worked as an independent consultant for clients investing or operating in the entertainment and media industry. Mr. Tabet was also involved in the film industry as a producer, director and screenwriter.

Mr. Tabet received a Master’s in Fine Arts in Film Directing from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles.

Cannelle Trouillot is a Principal at DigitalBridge Investment Management and provides legal support to the operations of DigitalBridge, overseeing fund-formation related matters across the firm’s various product offerings.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Trouillot was an Associate in the Asset Management Group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she focused on private equity fund formation and advised fund sponsors on a variety of investment strategies.

A native French speaker, Ms. Trouillot received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Columbia University and her Juris Doctor from The Yale Law School, where she served as Managing Editor for Development on the Yale Journal of International Law and on the Yale Law Women Executive Board.

Christian Velasco is a Managing Director in the InfraBridge investment management team based in our New York office and focused on evaluating, executing, and managing new and existing investments across the mobility, energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors. 

Mr. Velasco was a member of the infrastructure equity value-add team of InfraBridge (formerly managed by AMP Capital) since early 2018, where he led the acquisition and financing of major transactions globally. 

Prior to joining InfraBridge, Mr. Velasco held several roles as a finance executive and advisor in Latin America where he had a pivotal role in acquiring, financing, and developing large scale infrastructure assets in the region.

Mr. Velasco started his career as a Central Banker at the Peruvian Central Bank and received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and a Masters in Infrastructure Investment & Finance from University College London.

Alexandre Villela is Managing Director and Head of Venture Capital at DigitalBridge Investment Management with a focus on privately held, high-growth companies in digital infrastructure technology sectors. Mr. Villela has spent over 25 years working and investing in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector, with a particular focus on communications, infrastructure software, and networking domains. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2021, Mr. Villela was a Managing Director at Qualcomm Ventures where he was responsible for investments in 5G, networking and digital infrastructure. At Qualcomm, Mr. Villela oversaw the Qualcomm Ventures 5G Fund, a $200M global allocation to accelerate adoption worldwide. Prior to Qualcomm, he spent seven years at Intel Capital as a Senior Investment Director, focused on Latin America and digital infrastructure deals in the U.S. Mr. Villela has extensive experience in corporate governance and transaction management, having participated on more than 20 boards as a director or observer. 

Before working in venture capital, Mr. Villela was a General Manager at Gradiente Eletronica in Brazil, leading procurement and product development, and an Operations Manager at Samsung Electronics in South Korea, Mexico and Brazil. Mr. Villela received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at UNICAMP (Brazil) and attained his MBA at INSEAD (France).

Kat Warr is a Principal within the Legal Department of DigitalBridge Investment Management. Ms. Warr is based in New York and provides senior legal support to the business in areas of corporate governance and legal operations. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Ms. Warr spent over ten years at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, where she worked as legal counsel for listed and unlisted infrastructure funds, primarily focused on legal operations and corporate governance matters. 

Ms. Warr is a native Russian speaker and received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.

Tom Yanagi is Managing Director, Global Head of Debt Capital Markets at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Yanagi is an experienced investment professional with over 25 years of principal investing, debt financing and asset management experience.  

Mr. Yanagi leads Capital Markets activities for DigitalBridge and has overseen debt financings totaling over $100 billion supporting DigitalBridge’s acquisition activities and portfolio company capital needs. Under Mr. Yanagi’s leadership, DigitalBridge has been at the forefront of hyperscale data center ABS issuances in the United States and Europe, enterprise data center ABS transactions in the United States, and has structured creative financing solutions across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.  

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Yanagi was the Head of the Communications Infrastructure Team in New York for Macquarie Infrastructure Partners (“MIP”) and was responsible for MIP’s investment in Global Tower Partners which was sold to American Tower in October of 2013.  Prior to MIP, Mr. Yanagi worked in private equity at Nomura Securities and Madison Investment Partners.

Mr. Yanagi received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ersin Yorulmaz is Managing Director, Co-Head of European Capital Formation at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Yorulmaz brings over 10 years of experience in capital formation, along with deep expertise in the DACH market. 

Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Yorulmaz was at BlackRock where he served as Country Lead of Alternatives Distribution for Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe (EEGA), leading capital raising efforts across private markets. In this role, Mr. Yorulmaz forged deep relationships with LPs in the region, expanding BlackRock’s client base with a focus on institutional clients across pension funds, insurers, savings banks, foundations, as well as the private wealth segment. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2015, Mr. Yorulmaz was an Investment Solutions Consultant at Julius Baer. 

Mr. Yorulmaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Mr. Yorulmaz is a CFA charterholder.

Horace Zona is a Managing Director, Credit at DigitalBridge.  Mr. Zona has over 30 years of experience in the Communications, Media and Technology sectors with over 25 years of direct experience sourcing transactions in Digital Infrastructure. 

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Zona was a Managing Director and Group Head of the Technology, Media Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey).  Mr. Zona founded the business de novo and built the 60 person team over 14 years by expanding into Digital Infrastructure, Digital Media, FinTech and Software practices, utilizing strategic client dialogue to deliver unique solutions in M&A and Debt and Equity Capital Markets.  Prior to Truist, Mr. Zona held several senior positions focused on Digital Infrastructure at Wachovia Securities (formerly First Union Securities) and TD Securities. 

Mr. Zona received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English Literature from Boston College.  

Christian Belady is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge.  Mr. Belady is a distinguished industry veteran with over four decades of experience in data center and infrastructure management and development on a global scale.

In his role, Mr. Belady will provide strategic counsel to DigitalBridge in support of the continuing development of the firm’s global data center portfolio, which is positioned to meet demand driven by investment in cloud and AI.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Belady served as Vice President of Data Center Research and Development for Microsoft’s Cloud Infrastructure Organization. In that role, from which he recently retired, Mr. Belady led a team developing new technologies to transform the sector and address the challenges of scaling the cloud and AI. In previous roles at Microsoft, Mr. Belady led global server and data center development, including research, engineering, construction, and operations for Microsoft’s data center portfolio. He also developed and led the energy team during this period.

Mr. Belady is considered the “Father of PUE” and has been a key founder or contributor to a number of industry organizations and standards, including ASHRAE (The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers), The Green Grid, and iMasons Climate Accord (ICA), where he helped to develop new industry metrics and guidelines to foster sustainability and efficiency. His contributions have been recognized with two prestigious industry awards: election to the National Academy of Engineering and the Data Center Icon Award from the North Virginia Technology Council.

Mr. Belady received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University; he holds a Master of Science in Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer from Rensselaer Polytechnic University and a Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Dallas.

Arthur P. (Tim) Brazy, Jr. is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Dividend, which he co-founded in 2010.  Mr. Brazy has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate, financial services and investment industries.

From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Brazy served as CEO of Church Mortgage Acceptance Co., LLC, a private company he co-founded focused on direct lending to churches.  From 2001 to 2006, he served as CEO of Lakefront Ventures LLC, a private investment firm specializing in commercial and mortgage finance, private equity, real estate and structured finance advisory services.

During the 1990s, Mr. Brazy founded and led a series of private investment partnerships that raised and provided more than $5 billion of financing to small businesses and commercial real estate owners nationwide.  Prior to that time, he was an officer with Eastdil Secured, a diversified real estate investment bank, where he was responsible for advisory assignments and major property debt and equity capital placements.

Mr. Brazy received a B.S. degree in Economics from the California Institute of Technology, pursued further graduate studies as a fellow at Oxford University, and received an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Michael Bucey is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge, primarily focused on international tower infrastructure. Mr. Bucey has over 21 years of experience developing tower portfolios in emerging economies globally. Mr. Bucey helped pioneer the world’s first international tower markets in Mexico and Brazil where he executed innovative sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions. Mr. Bucey went on to expand the tower model by creating portfolios in Indonesia, Myanmar, and The Netherlands.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, he served as COO and a member of the Board of Directors of Protelindo, the largest independent owner and operator of wireless infrastructure in Indonesia. Previously, Mr. Bucey was Vice President of Development at American Tower do Brasil and developed wireless networks for Nokia in several European countries.

Mr. Bucey received a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Miami University of Ohio in 1993.

David R. Carey is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge. With over 45 years of experience in the telecommunications and energy sectors, Mr. Carey is a seasoned industry veteran. Much of his career has been dedicated to enhancing shareholder value through complex turnarounds, corporate development transactions, and restructuring efforts. In his role at DigitalBridge, Mr. Carey leverages his extensive expertise in telecommunications, energy, and value creation to support the company's portfolio as a senior advisor.

Before joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Carey retired as Executive Vice President of T-Mobile, where he played a key role in the successful turnaround of T-Mobile and the acquisition of Sprint in 2020. His career began at AT&T and included C-level positions at LG&E Energy Corp., Frontier, Global Crossing, and T-Mobile from 2012 through 2020.

Mr. Carey holds a BS in engineering and business from Clarkson University and an MS from MIT Sloan, earned as a Sloan Fellow. He has also attended executive education programs at Harvard, Wharton, and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Murray H. Case is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge and Chairman of Scala Data Centers.  Mr. Case has focused on Latin American digital infrastructure since 2017. Mr. Case was raised in Brazil and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Mexico.

In addition to his responsibilities with DigitalBridge, he is currently the lead director of a Brazilian metro fiber operator and a Colombian financial software firm. He is also a director of a Mexican broadband provider. Prior, he was Chief Executive of Grupo redIT, an operator of communications networks, data centers and managed information services in Mexico and the Western U.S., until it was sold to Kio Networks in 2014. Under his leadership, Grupo redIT opened multiple new metro fiber markets, built one of the largest data center complexes in Mexico and was a leading provider of mission-critical IT services. 

Prior to co-founding Grupo redIT in the late 1990’s, Mr. Case directed the banking representative office of Salomon Brothers in Mexico City, which he established in 1994. Mr. Case worked in the specialty chemical and cellular communications industries early in his career. 

Mr. Case currently serves on the Board of Directors of Scala Data Centers.

Mr. Case received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Internet entrepreneur and computer scientist, Jeremy Chelot is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the CEO of Netomnia, a Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure provider.

Born in 1983 in Paris, Mr. Chelot’s interest in computers and the internet developed at the age of seven when he became fascinated by how computers and the internet affected how we learn, play, and live. After graduating from two universities with an MSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Telecommunications, Mr. Chelot worked with the UK’s largest internet service providers (Vodafone, O2, BT, 3 and EE). In 2014, having gained more than 10 years of experience in computing and networking, Mr. Chelot left 3 to become the CEO of Community Fibre.

Mr. Chelot left Community Fibre in 2019 to start Netomnia and YouFibre, an internet service provider in the United Kingdom., of which he is still currently the CEO. In just two and a half years, Netomnia and YouFibre have each become one of the fastest-growing infrastructure and internet service provider companies, respectively, in the UK.

Sureel Choksi is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and President and CEO of Vantage Data Centers. Mr. Choksi has over 20 years of experience as an executive in the Internet infrastructure industry.

Prior to Vantage Data Centers, Mr. Choksi was an Operating Executive at Silver Lake Partners and, prior to that, CEO of Elevation Data Centers, a private equity backed roll-up vehicle. Mr. Choksi previously held several executive roles with Level 3 Communications, including Chief Marketing Officer, President of Wholesale Markets, Executive Vice President of Services, Chief Financial Officer, Group Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer. Prior to Level 3, Mr. Choksi worked in venture capital at TeleSoft Partners and investment banking at Gleacher & Company.

Mr. Choksi received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurial Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science both from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rich Coyle is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and President and Chief Executive Officer of ExteNet Systems.   

Mr. Coyle has over 15 years of executive management and operations track record at multiple digital infrastructure companies including Wilcon, Zayo Group (a DBRG portfolio company), and American Fiber Systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Coyle led the growth and development strategies at IDACOMM, a subsidiary of IDACOPR, which also managed Sierra Pacific’s fiber metro network.

Mr. Coyle has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the City University of New York – Queens College. He is a recognized public speaker and participates in various thought leadership events.

Jeremy Deutsch serves as president of Vantage Data Centers’ APAC business where he drives the company’s regional growth across strategy, market development, sales, construction and operations.

Deutsch has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. Prior to Vantage, he most recently served as president, APAC at Equinix, a global digital infrastructure company, where he was responsible for the company’s business across 11 countries and 17 cities. In addition, Deutsch oversaw the company’s regional M&A strategy and business development, aligning these with broader global strategies and driving growth in existing and new markets across APAC. During his time at Equinix, Deutsch led the acquisition and integration of three companies, along with spearheading organic expansion into additional key markets while delivering strong growth and scale.

Earlier in his career, Deutsch held positions at leading ICT companies, including Unwired Australia, a SingTel Optus company, and Pihana Pacific before it was acquired by Equinix in 2002.

Deutsch serves as the inaugural chair of the Asia-Pacific Data Centre Association (APDCA). He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and information systems from the University of New South Wales.

Tesh Durvasula is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of AtlasEdge. Mr. Durvasula is a digital infrastructure and data centre industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in development, finance, sales, marketing, and real estate.

Before joining AtlasEdge, he served as CEO of Africa Data Centres (ADC), where he led the company’s hyperscale expansion. Under his leadership, ADC scaled up its management team and became one of the continent’s largest operators.

Prior to ADC, Tesh held various executive roles at CyrusOne, eventually becoming the company's CEO. During his eight-plus years at CyrusOne, the company’s annual revenue grew from $221 million in 2012 to over $1 billion by 2020. As president of Europe for CyrusOne, he oversaw the company's expansion into England, Ireland, France, and Germany, contributing to CyrusOne's growth into one of the largest publicly traded REITs in the US.

Mr. Durvasula's earlier roles include Chief Marketing and Business Officer for Telx, founder of NYC-Connect, and various management positions at Abovenet, Sprint, and Metromedia Fiber Networks.

He is a graduate of Syracuse University and has completed EMBA work at Columbia University and Stanford University.

Mike Finley is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and CEO and member of the board of directors of Boingo Wireless. Mr. Finley has over three decades of experience in senior management roles in the telecommunications industry with Nextel, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Airtouch Cellular, Cellular One and McCaw Cellular. He is responsible for Boingo's strategic direction and leading the business into the 5G future. 

Prior to Boingo, Mr. Finley served as President of North America and Australia at Qualcomm. He currently serves on the board of the CTIA, the board of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, and the Creighton University Board of Trustees. 

Mr. Finley received a B.S. and B.A. in marketing from Creighton University and is a member of the university’s Hall of Fame. He also attended the General Manager Program in Executive Education at Harvard Business School. 

Michael Foust is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge, Chairman of Vantage Data Centers, Board Member at DataBank and the Vice Chairman of our Strategic Assets Fund. Mr. Foust has over 35 years of experience in institutional real estate investments, including development and portfolio management.

Prior to DigitalBridge, Mr. Foust was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director at Digital Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: DLR) from its IPO in October 2004 to March 2014. Mr. Foust was also a founder of private equity investor GI Partners in Menlo Park, CA, where he served as a Managing Director from February 2001 until DLR’s IPO in 2004. He was responsible for real asset investments at GI Partners, with an emphasis on technology related properties including data centers and telecom facilities.

Prior to the formation of GI Partners, Michael worked at CB Richard Ellis Investors Inc., UBS Asset Management, Karsten Realty Advisors and Trammell Crow Company. Prior to his real estate career, Michael participated in the origination of two related, international telecommunications companies, Consortium Communications International and Progressive Systems Inc.

He received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Yoshiaki Fujimori is a Senior Executive Advisor of DigitalBridge. With over four decades of leadership experience, Mr. Fujimori is renowned for driving growth and fostering innovation across a variety of industries in Japan. He has deep expertise in Japan’s IT and technology sectors, with an exceptional understanding of the country’s evolving digital landscape and its critical role in the global economy. Mr. Fujimori will leverage his extensive business experience and industry insights to support DigitalBridge’s continued expansion in Japan, as well as the firm’s broader regional strategy across Asia.

Mr. Fujimori currently serves as Chairman of Oracle Japan and holds board positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Boston Scientific. His past directorships include roles at Tokyo Electric Power Company TEPCO, Toshiba Corporation, and Shiseido. Previously, he spent five years as President and CEO of LIXIL Group Corporation. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and CEO of GE Japan and Senior Vice President of General Electric. He spent 25 years at General Electric in various CEO roles, including GE Plastics, GE Healthcare Asia, and GE Money Asia.

Mr. Fujimori holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, where he also serves on the Board of Trustees.

Alexander Gellman is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Vertical Bridge, the largest private owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure in the U.S. Mr. Gellman is also one of the Co-founders of Digital Bridge.

Prior to co-founding Vertical Bridge, Mr. Gellman was President and COO of Global Tower Partners, the largest privately held tower company in the U.S. Mr. Gellman was instrumental in the sale of Global Tower Partners to American Tower Corporation in 2013 for over $4.8 billion. Previously, Mr. Gellman has been involved in many successful ventures, including Sonitrol Corporation, a leading provider of verified electronic security in North America where he served as President and COO until its sale to Stanley Works.

Mr. Gellman also co-founded Apex Site Management, the largest third-party manager of wireless and wireline communications sites in the U.S. Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create the largest telecommunications site portfolio in the U.S. Following the merger, Mr. Gellman served as President and CEO of SpectraSite-Transco Communications, Ltd., a joint venture between SpectraSite and British Gas to develop tower sites in the U.K.

Mr. Gellman previously served as Vice President - Development and a co-founder of Horizon Cellular Group, a start-up backed by McCaw Cellular to acquire, develop and operate rural cellular franchises in the eastern U.S.

Mr. Gellman received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Masato Hoshino is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge, bringing extensive experience in the digital infrastructure sector. Mr. Hoshino is recognized for his significant contributions during his tenure at Colt Technology Services, where he held several leadership roles over more than a decade, culminating in his appointment as the Head of Asia and Representative Director & President of Japan.  In these roles, Mr. Hoshino was instrumental in driving Colt's strategic growth across the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in expanding its data center and connectivity infrastructure. Prior to his appointment as Head of Asia at Colt, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Asia where he managed multiple functions, including product management, engineering, service delivery and customer service, ensuring Colt delivered a market-leading experience while expanding the infrastructure into Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea and Australia.

Prior to Colt, Mr. Hoshino also held several leadership roles at NTT Communications, based in the United States, including as Head of Presales Engineering & Sales where he worked with large Japanese and U.S. multinational organizations to bolster their digital infrastructure globally.  

Mr. Hoshino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University. 

Bruno Jacobfeuerborn has been CEO of DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH since January 2017 including the international activities of GD Towers. In addition, he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of 1NCE GmbH since January 2018 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CTDI Europe since January 2011. 

Mr. Jacobfeuerborn joined Deutsche Telekom AG in 1989. Two years later he became head of department for radio network planning in Hanover and, at the same time, regional head of T-Mobile in Leipzig. In this role, Mr. Jacobfeuerborn also managed the planning and development of the mobile communications network in the German regional states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Jacobfeuerborn was responsible for the Technology division of the T-Mobile Northern District in Hanover and took on additional responsibility for Sales and Marketing as head of the T-Mobile Northern District in Hanover from 1999 to 2002.

From 2002 to 2007, Bruno Jacobfeuerborn was a member of the management team in his capacity as Managing Director of Technology, IT, Procurement and, until 2004, Customer Service at T-Mobile Netherlands in The Hague. At the same time, he headed the International Service Management unit at T-Mobile International. Subsequently, he was a member of the management team and Managing Director of Technology, IT and Procurement at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa in Warsaw until June 30, 2009. Since July 1, 2009 Bruno Jacobfeuerborn has been responsible for Technology (both mobile and fixed network) in Germany and became Director of Technology at Telekom Deutschland GmbH in April 2010. In addition, Bruno Jacobfeuerborn was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Deutsche Telekom from February 2012 until December 2017. From 2014 to 2020, he was Member of the Supervisory Board of T-Mobile US and from January 2018 until December 2022 he was CEO of Comfort Charge GmbH.

Rizwan Jamal is a Senior Advisor at DigitalBridge and the CEO of Beanfield Metroconnect. He previously served as the CEO of Xplore, one of Canada's largest facilities-based telecommunications providers. With over two decades of leadership experience, Mr. Jamal brings deep industry knowledge and proven operational expertise within the Canadian telecommunications sector.

Prior to joining Xplore, Mr. Jamal spent over 11 years at Bell Canada Enterprises Inc. (TSX, NYSE: BCE), where he held the role of President, Residential and Small Business. He also spent 11 years at Telus Corporation (TSX: T, NYSE: TU) in various roles, including Senior Vice President of Consumer Marketing.

Mr. Jamal holds a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Queen’s University.

Raul Martynek is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of DataBank. Mr. Martynek has over 20 years of experience in the telecom services and Digital Infrastructure sector.

Prior to joining DataBank, he served as an Operating Partner for Digital Bridge, assisting the firm in evaluating digital infrastructure investments, including the acquisition of DataBank and Vantage.

Previously Mr. Martynek was the CEO for Net Access, LLC, a New Jersey-based data center and managed services operator, which was acquired in November 2015 by Denver-based data center operator Cologix. Prior to Net Access, he was the CEO of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a global managed hosting, and cloud company, which was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. in early 2012.

Mr. Martynek also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Smart Telecom, a Dublin, Ireland-based fiber carrier which was acquired by Digiweb in 2009, in connection with his role as a Senior Advisor to Plainfield Asset Management, a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund.

Prior to Plainfield, Mr. Martynek spent 13 years with telecom and Internet provider InfoHighway Communications Corp, first as a COO of Eureka Broadband and then as President and CEO of InfoHighway. InfoHighway was acquired by Broadview Networks in 2007.

Mr. Martynek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University in 1988 and received a Masters’ degree in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in 1992.

Graham Payne is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and serves as the Executive Chairman of The FreshWave Group (“FreshWave”).

In 2014, Mr. Payne co-founded Opencell, the UK’s first carrier-approved indoor mobile signal service provider and the first to be able to deliver in-building coverage from all four mobile network operators using small cells. In November 2018, DigitalBridge acquired Opencell and merged it with Stratto, a specialist in-building DAS provider. Mr. Payne led the merged business, strattoOpencell, as Chief Executive Officer. He guided the acquisitions of tower company Spyder Facilities Ltd, as well as leading small cell outdoor and radio service provider iWireless Solutions, before transitioning to the role of FreshWave’s Executive Chairman in the beginning of 2020.

Mr. Payne has long been at the heart of the mobile industry, having been involved in the inception of GSM in the 1990’s. He worked as the Planning and Deployment Director for T-Mobile in the UK and Rollout Manager for the T-Mobile International.

In 2007, Mr. Payne took a leading role in negotiating the largest network consolidation agreement in the world at that time. Following this successful negotiation, he was asked to establish and become Managing Director of MBNL, the joint venture between EE and Three. The consolidation was successfully consummated in October 2010 and continues to deliver significant benefits to its shareholders today. After leaving MBNL in 2014, Mr. Payne provided executive consultancy on network sharing and radio network projects, including executive level support to Vodafone on the Beacon project with Telefonica and CTIL, which helped transform delivery and enable large scale 4G rollout for both.

Mr. Payne serves on the Board of Directors of FreshWave and is a valued adviser to numerous global mobile connectivity groups.

Marcos Peigo is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge, and the CEO of Scala Data Centers, a Latin American data center platform. Mr. Peigo has over 20 years of experience as a technology and communications infrastructure executive based in Brazil.

Mr. Peigo has significant executive management experience in Latin America, including, most recently, as Vice President of Value Creation at IBM Latin America, where he was responsible for Industry Solutions and Business Development, Architecture and Innovation teams across the region; CEO of Solvo S/A, an IT infrastructure services company focused on complex solutions; Chief Operating Officer of UOLDIVEO, including the management of their data center and managed services business based in Sao Paulo, Brazil; and a partner and Board member of Automatos International Ltd, a company providing automation and management for IT assets. Previously, Mr. Peigo was also the founder of Lemniscata Ventures, a Brazilian privately held advisory and investment firm focused on companies that have intensive use of technology as its core.

Mr. Peigo studied Electrical Engineering and Economics at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and is Certified in ISO20000, ITIL (v1-2-3) and COBIT.

Dave Pistacchio is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge and Chairman of Beanfield Metroconnect, working with the investment team to evaluate, manage and operate new digital infrastructure investments, with a specific focus on fiber assets. With over 35 years in leadership positions in the telecommunication and media industries focusing on technology and operations, Mr. Pistacchio has built a reputation as a experienced executive who can lead organizations to operational excellence.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Pistacchio served as President at Cablevision Lightpath Inc., a New York based $375 million telecom company, where he led the company through 12 years of significant growth; growing revenue, earnings, and free cash flow, while achieving industry recognition for innovation and operational excellence.

Prior to that, at Cablevision Systems Corporation, a $17 billion publicly traded media company, Mr. Pistacchio built and ran a large multi-faceted Information Technology organization that supported rapid growth in its Cable Television, Telecom, Media, Sports, Arena, Retail and Theater businesses. While there, he was responsible for delivering many industry “firsts” by effectively applying technology to business challenges.

JP Rosato is an Operating Partner at DigitalBridge, primarily focused on developing opportunities with large enterprise customers across our converged ecosystem of portfolio companies. Mr. Rosato has over 30 years of extensive design, engineering and operations experience within large, complex technology environments. In cooperation with his network of C-level partners, Mr. Rosato has developed and defined a host of innovative services, monetization strategies for technology assets and investments, and groundbreaking partnerships between enterprises and providers.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Rosato was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CS Technology. Mr. Rosato provided the vision and executive leadership that enabled CST to change the paradigm for technology advisory services delivery that redefined the space and attracted global 2000 customers resulting in the acquisition of CST by Accenture in June 2021.

Rob Roy is a Senior Advisor of Digital Bridge, Founder & CEO of Switch. In the year 2000, with a background in business leadership, engineering, commercial development and technology, Rob Roy converged his areas of expertise to create Switch, offering advanced technology ecosystems and the combined services and solutions inherent to those environments. Daniel E. Seiner is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of Andean Telecom Partners (“ATP”), and previously held the same role at Torres Unidas, which was acquired by ATP in December 2017. Mr. Seiner has extensive experience in the telecommunications and media sectors. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hebrew.

Prior to Torres Unidas, Mr. Seiner served as Chief Executive Officer of Torrecom Partners LLC and served as Managing Director at Ladenburg Thalmann & Company. He also served as Managing Director at BroadSpan Capital.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Seiner led the Latin American Telecommunications investment banking practice group at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he was responsible for origination and execution of advisory and capital raising. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Seiner executed over 20 advisory transactions in excess value of US$25 billion and over US$3 billion in capital raising.

He received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. 

Suresh Sidhu is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of EdgePoint Infrastructure, a wireless towers platform focused on the high growth markets of Southeast Asia. Mr. Sidhu has more than 25 years of experience spanning senior leadership, operations, and strategy across Asia in the telecommunications sector.

Prior to founding EdgePoint, Mr. Sidhu was Chief Executive Officer of edotco Group, an integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company providing end-to-end solutions in the tower services sector across Asia. During his 6-year tenor, Mr. Sidhu grew edotco’s tower count and key financial metrics four-fold and expanded its operations from 3 to 8 countries.

Prior to joining edotco, Mr. Sidhu held multiple senior positions across the Asian telecommunications sector including Chief Corporate & Operations Officer at Celcom, Group Chief Officer Enterprise & Global at Dialog Axiata and Senior Vice President, Business Development of Axiata. In these roles, he had been deeply involved in both enterprise transformation and change efforts, as well as end-to-end operational management of cellular networks, including Malaysia’s largest network. Mr Sidhu also has previous experience in telecoms M&A and spent several years with the Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia and Toronto.

Mr. Sidhu received an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science from the University of Cambridge.

Steve Smith is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer at Zayo, the leading independent provider of communications infrastructure. Steve has over 30 years of expertise as a global leader in the technology sector and a deep background in managing market leading technology businesses.

Most recently, Steve was a Managing Director at GI Partners, a leading private investment firm. From 2007 – 2018, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Equinix, the largest data center company globally. Under his leadership, Equinix grew from $2 billion to $34 billion in market value, while revenue increased from $400 million to $4.4 billion. Equinix also successfully integrated 21 acquisitions over 10 years representing over $25 billion in organic and inorganic investments during his tenure. Prior to Equinix, Steve served as Senior Vice President of HP Services, where he was responsible for management of the organization’s Consulting and Integration, Managed Services, and Technology Deployment and Support business groups. Previously, Steve served as Senior Vice President of Global Professional and Managed Services at Lucent Technologies. He has also held various management and sales positions during his 16 years with Electronic Data Systems Corporation, including Chief Sales Officer, President of EDS Asia-Pacific, and President of EDS Western Region.

Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zayo and NextDC, a publicly traded data center company in Australia, and formerly served on the Boards of NetApp, F5 Networks, and Flexential.

Steve had a successful eight-year career in the U.S. Army where, among other roles, he was aide-de-camp to the office of the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces in the Pacific. He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds a B.S. in Engineering.

Jose Sola is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and the Chief Executive Officer of Mexico Telecom Partners.

Prior to Mexico Telecom Partners, Mr. Sola was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development – Latin American for Global Tower Partners (GTP) and successfully led GTP’s expansion into Mexico and Costa Rica, where he was involved in growing and consolidating the operations in those markets.

Mr. Sola began his career in telecommunications in 1994 when he joined Telefonica, the leading provider of telecommunication services in Europe and Latin America. While at Telefonica, Mr. Sola held various management and executive positions in M&A and Corporate Development in Madrid and Miami and he was involved in the international expansion of Telefonica across Latin America. Prior to joining Telefonica, he worked in the international division of ENDESA, one of the largest Spanish utility companies, performing financial due diligence of acquisitions in Portugal.

Mr. Sola holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Economics and Finance from the Universidad de Granada – Spain.

Atsushi Tanaka is a Senior Advisor to DigitalBridge and CEO, President and Representative Director of JTOWER, the leading independent provider of communications infrastructure in Japan. Mr. Tanaka brings nearly three decades of experience in the Japanese telecommunications sector, spanning equity research, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship.

He began his career as a telecommunications sector analyst at Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd., before cofounding eAccess Ltd. in 1999, a pioneering broadband and mobile communications provider in Japan that was later acquired by SoftBank Corp. He held key positions at both eAccess and its mobile subsidiary EMOBILE Ltd., serving as CFO and Executive Officer overseeing corporate planning.

In 2012, Mr. Tanaka founded JTOWER Inc., where he has led the company’s growth into Japan’s premier provider of shared telecommunications infrastructure with a mission to enhance mobile network connectivity and efficiency.

Mr. Tanaka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Macalester College.
