Christina Cavalli serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Docupace.

Christina leads Human Capital Strategy at Docupace reinforcing strong company culture in talent acquisitions, employee experience, and engagement programs and implementing reward and talent management strategies that support Docupace’s continued growth, innovation, and achievement of business goals and objectives.

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management, Christina has been driven to serve employees and leaders alike, helping them think through changes, working with them to move their business forward with a strong sense of collaboration, strategic vision, and alignment. She believes in continually challenging conventions to find alternatives that may work better, reach farther, and drive more success.

Before joining Docupace in 2016, Christina led Human Resources for seven years at the XPRIZE Foundation, where she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including creating programs and practices that elevated the employee experience. Christina’s earlier career focused on recruitment and talent acquisitions, where she worked closely with Executives and Management to build out and solve unique staffing solutions at 20th Century Fox, Ultimate Staffing, and Kforce.

Christina is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and has achieved designation as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) as well as her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute. Christina holds a BA degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University and her Certificate in HR Management from UCLA Extension.

With over 20 years in advanced technology, Judie’s experience spans Human Resources, Legal and Admin, to currently serving as Vice President of  Operations at Docupace.

Judie has supported executive teams through a variety of growth cycles, from early-stage startups to publicly traded international companies. Prior to joining Docupace, she served as VP of Corporate Services for a global digital media technology company. It was there that, in partnership with the executive team, she designed an acquisition strategy that led to the purchase of a division of a multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded company.

Judie believes that a deep understanding of the products and business is critical to identifying efficiencies throughout the organization and thrives on working with cross-functional teams to implement the best solutions.

Judie holds a BA in Communications from the University of Southern California.

Brian Filanowski joined Docupace as Chief Executive Officer in February 2026 to lead the company through its next phase of expansion and growth. A seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in financial technology, Brian specializes in scaling complex data and risk management platforms for large enterprises.

Before stepping into the CEO role at Docupace, Brian held senior leadership positions at Dun & Bradstreet, Fitch Group, Bloomberg, and Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv. Most notably, he served as President of Fitch Solutions and General Manager of Finance Risk & Capital Markets at Dun & Bradstreet.

At Docupace, Brian is focused on unifying the company’s AI-powered back-office and compliance solutions to shorten customer time-to-value and unlock new market opportunities. His vision for the company centers on leveraging the combined power of Docupace and its recent acquisitions to empower financial institutions to operate with greater efficiency, scale, and regulatory precision.

Ryan George is the Chief Marketing Officer at Docupace, a software provider focused on digitizing and automating operations in the financial advice and investment industry. He serves as the company’s “chief diplomat” evangelizing the company’s people, solutions and brand across the financial services/wealth management industry. As a member of the senior executive committee, Ryan collaborates with key stakeholders across Docupace to support the company’s growth, retention, and profitability objectives.

Ryan has spent all of his two-decade career within the financial advice and investment space, previously serving many as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications at 1st Global, where he was responsible for executing growth, sales, and marketing strategies and leading his team in promoting the 1st Global brand. He has also held marketing leadership positions at specialized asset managers – GuideStone Capital Management, based in Dallas, and U.S. Global Investors in San Antonio.

George actively engages in leadership roles in both the financial services and marketing communications communities, and his leadership earned him the ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Chief Marketing Officer of the Year Award in 2025. George and his team also won PR/Marketing Team of the Year Honors from ThinkAdvisor Luminaries in 2024 and US Fintech Awards in 2024. He has been named a Finalist for Chief Marketing Officer of the Year Award by WealthManagement.com three times in the past five years. In 2023, Wealth Solutions Report named George to the “CMO 10” — honoring the top CMOs in wealth management.

George currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Haven Tower Group, a financial-services focused PR and marketing agency. He’s previously served as chair of the Financial Services Institute’s Marketing, Growth, and Development Council, comprised of high-level sales, marketing, and business development executives from across the industry. George is also a member of the Forbes Communications Council, an invitation-only, fee-based organization of senior-level communications and public relations executives, the CMO Council and the CMO Club.

Ryan, a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, is passionate about the power of sound financial planning and the pursuit of a purpose-driven career. He enjoys connecting the work others do with how it serves to meet the needs of others daily.

Shannon Marshburn serves as the Executive Vice President, Delivery at Docupace.

Shannon brings 20+ years of leading high-growth services and operations teams across fintech and SaaS. Most recently at Alkami Technology, she led the implementation and professional services organization, driving multimillion-dollar revenue impact, faster delivery timelines, and increased client satisfaction. Earlier in her career at Idaho Central Credit Union, she led enterprise operations and digital transformation efforts. She’s known for building high-performance teams, standardizing delivery, and turning client outcomes into a durable operating system.

Shannon’s leadership philosophy blends accountability with clarity, and she’s passionate about scaling methods that make great execution repeatable. Her role includes partnering closely across Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Sales to sharpen our delivery playbooks and accelerate time-to-value.

Mary Nelson is a strategic, customer focused executive with a proven track record of scaling high-growth SaaS and technology companies through IPO and beyond. She brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams, evolving operating models, and driving customer-centric growth.

As Chief Client Officer at Docupace, Mary leads the company’s client experience strategy, ensuring financial advisors and wealth management firms gain maximum value from every interaction. She also serves as a Board Director at Connexus Credit Union, an award-winning financial institution.

Before joining Docupace, Mary held executive roles at innovative software companies including Aircall and Alkami, where she drove record-setting user growth, supporting the company’s 2021 IPO.

Passionate about leadership development, Mary is an advisor to software startups and champions talent growth across all stages of business evolution.

Liz Pavlik is Executive Chief Product Officer at Docupace.

Liz joined Docupace in 2014, bringing over 15 years of experience of Insurance and Securities to the team. Hired as the Director of PMO, she was instrumental in establishing the company’s PMO best practices and methodologies. As SVP of Strategic Initiatives, Liz is now primarily focused on Product Innovation in Client Onboarding and the new account opening process, as well as contributing to the overall growth and strategy of the Docupace Platform.

Liz began her technical career as a developer at New York Life’s AARP division in Tampa, FL. Over her tenure at NYL, she held roles such as Senior Developer, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence. Liz joined National Life in 2006 as the Director of Technology for their broker-dealer, Equity Services Incorporated. Under Liz’s leadership, ESI transformed its operational landscape by implementing a comprehensive platform consisting of commission processing, back-office books and records, consolidated statements, and reporting, as well as Client Onboarding and Document Management.

Liz’s depth of experience from a business perspective, as well as her technical background, bring a unique and invaluable expertise to both Clients and Docupace team members alike.

Born and raised in the Soviet Union, Mr. Pinsker immigrated to the United States in 1991, where he used his talent to earn a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA.

Mr. Pinsker started his career in Information Technology (“IT”) more than 28 years ago with Datamax Technologies, an early software pioneer in an IT field labeled “Document Imaging and Workflow Management.”  Michael remains even today the preeminent software expert in that field.

Subsequent to the work at Datamax, Mr. Pinsker spent additional time with both Unisys and Paramount Pictures, broadening his understanding of how F-500 companies are organized while continuing to develop innovative software. These prior business experiences prompted Michael to start MPDN International, a consulting company in 1997 that specialized in complex enterprise-grade implementations of workflow and imaging systems for insurance companies and government agencies.

In 2002 Mr. Pinsker founded Docupace Technologies with the goal of bringing a SaaS transaction management platform to the market.  As a founder CEO, Mr. Pinsker focused Docupace on the needs of the Financial Services Industry. He led the company through a significant growth period from 2002 to 2020, including successful completion of several financing transactions and a management buyout, until assuming the role of Founder and President and Board Member.  Mr. Pinsker works closely with the executive team and the board to lead the company’s technology, partnership, and strategic initiatives as well as works hand in hand with the CEO to advance the growth objectives of the business.

In addition to over 30 years of experience in technology and business, 16 years of experience in Financial Services, Mr. Pinsker enhanced his knowledge in cybersecurity and holds certifications from American Board of Certification in Homeland Security in Sensitive Security Information (SII/DHS), Certified Information Assurance (CIA/DHS) and Cyber Warfare (CW TTPs/DHS).

Richard Thoeny serves as Executive Vice President, Product & Strategy.

Richard is a visionary product management and strategy executive with 25+ years of experience optimizing best-in-class strategies, products and solutions with great passion and energy. A reputation for building and managing high-performing teams, creating new, profitable revenue streams and maximizing investments in people and technology while increasing overall profitability. A results-driven, imaginative leader with a long track record of success.

Richard’s career spans 25+ years all within financial services either running and managing brokerage and clearing firms or developing product for financial services. Prior to joining Docupace/PreciseFP in 2014, Richard held positions including SVP of Product Management at Fetter Logic/Fidelity Investments; SVP of Operations for Axos Clearing; VP of Product Management with Talisys Software Systems where he was the director of five divisions, executive board member and founding member of both the product and technical vision strategy groups. Before joining Talisys, Richard co-founded HybridTrading, a premier financial services firm specializing in both discount brokerage and advisory services. Richard graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.A. in Finance, was an equities and options trader and held FINRA licenses 4, 6, 7, 24, and 63 and currently holds Department of Homeland Security cyber security certifications CIA, CW TTP’s 1 and SSI.

Chris Tranchina serves as the Executive Vice President, Support at Docupace

Chris has over two decades of experience leading customer operations, client support, and service organizations in the software industry.

Chris has a strong reputation for creating and scaling high-impact customer support teams, with a leadership style rooted in collaboration, clear communication, and a passion for improving the lives of others. His background spans every facet of client-facing operations from account maintenance and escalation management to client care and strategic enablement.

Throughout his career, Chris has consistently delivered results by defining clear strategic visions, instilling cultures of excellence and accountability, and balancing technical insight with strong business acumen. He’s known as a creative thinker and sound decision-maker who leads with integrity and inspires teams to do their best work.

Michael Vossler is the Chief Revenue Officer at Docupace. Michael is an incredibly accomplished sales leader, widely respected throughout the financial services industry, who has served in executive roles at SunGard (now FIS), Lumesis, and AST Financial.

In his nearly two decades at SunGard Capital Markets (now FIS), Michael achieved substantial success, first leading professional services teams in Frankfurt, London, and the Americas. He then transitioned to SunGard’s sales organization, where he ended his tenure as senior vice president and managing director for the Americas, heading the North American and Latin America markets. He then joined an early-stage Lumesis, Inc. to build the sales infrastructure, and team, to expand the suite of SaaS solutions serving the wealth management sector. Most recently, Michael was the executive vice president for AST Financial, where he restructured the U.S. sales organization, implemented a new go-to-market strategy, and helped transform the company to a technology-led professional services model with the launch of a SaaS and data platform.

Leon Weiss is the Chief Financial Officer at Docupace. Leon is a growth-focused finance leader who enjoys building systems, teams, and processes that produce meaningful results.

His accomplished 20+ year career includes financial services companies with a mix of enterprise and SaaS relationships, along with significant experience across several innovative technology companies like Nitrogen, Intel Corporation, XOi Technologies, and Inland Business Systems. During his time at Nitrogen, he played a significant role in the company’s 2021 sale to Hg Capital.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Arizona, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and was awarded the 2021 CFO of the Year by the Sacramento Business Journal.

Scott Willette serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Docupace. Scott has more than two decades of leadership experience scaling high-performing software organizations, driving AI-powered transformation and modernizing complex technology environments.

Scott has a proven record of architecting cloud-first platforms, implementing AI and automation across engineering organizations and enabling significant improvements in velocity, product quality, and operational maturity. He has led global teams of 100–300+ technologists across multiple countries and has been a trusted steward of technology strategy and transformation initiatives. His background includes senior technology leadership roles at Litera, PatientPay, Digital Turbine, MicroPact, and LexisNexis, where he consistently delivered innovation, modernization, and scale.

Gregory Wilson is a United States Air Force veteran and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Docupace.

Prior to joining Docupace, Wilson served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Pioneer Natural Resources and was the Head of Information Security at 1st Global.  Wilson led the IT Compliance and Security function at TPG Capital and the IT Compliance and Security group at Lehigh Hanson.

Wilson serves as an Advisor for Menlo Ventures, YL and Vation Ventures and on EveryIncome, LLC corporate Advisory Boards and Dallas Innovation Advisory Council.  Wilson also serves on several professional and community boards, including Dallas CISO Executive Committee and SecureWorld Dallas.

Wilson graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.  Wilson holds a certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School cyber security executive program and holds the CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CDPSE, PSM and PMP certifications as well as his Series 7, 24 and 66.

Mike Zebrowski is the Chief Operating Officer at Docupace. Mike oversees the engineering, infrastructure, security and product organizations.

Mike has a proven record of creating optimal corporate culture, achieving record performance, improving client retention and employee satisfaction, exceeding aggressive business objectives, and consistent ideation and implementation of innovative solutions.

Mike’s accomplished career in the advice and investment industry includes tenures at MassMutual, TD Bank and a decade as Chief Operating Officer at eMoney – working alongside the company’s founder, Edmond Walters. In addition, he co-founded Advisor Innovation Labs (A.I. Labs) with Docupace Board Chair, Lori Hardwick, which along with one if its clients won the 2022 Wealthy Award for “Innovative Client Solution”. AI Labs was purchased by Envestnet to further its UI/UX and integration capabilities. He is an advisory board member for Tolerisk and is currently engaged in F2 Strategy’s Executive in Residence program.
