Maintenance for wind turbines

I chose DWT because I wanted to be involved in the growth of a young company and saw an interesting opportunity. I really appreciate the fact that we cover a wide range of activities, from transition piece maintenance to wind turbine service and troubleshooting. And although we are growing steadily, the familiar, personal atmosphere has not suffered.

The relaxed atmosphere and flat hierarchies are what make working at DWT how it is. I enjoy playing a role in the positive developments in different areas and contributing to the pleasant working environment. There are always new challenges waiting, and that makes the work different and interesting from one day to the next. Teamwork plays a big role here.

It was by a happy coincidence that I joined DWT, and after spending a few years in the German offshore unit, I am now responsible for our offshore activities in the APAC region. DWT showed me that you can also have a career without switching companies every two years.

DWT is a growing company that contributes to preserving the environment through its work. For me it is very important to do something meaningful, and that is why I feel so at home here. I like my work because it is versatile and interesting. I always learn something new and can further develop my skills.

Since my first day at DWT, I have always appreciated the cooperative and friendly way people treat each other at the company. I enjoy the balanced working atmosphere, and my workmates are very nice and always happy to share their knowledge and experience.
