FLYEfit Spin is an indoor cycling experience! A serious calorie burning class where the energy and music of the room move you through a series of challenging climbs and fast sprints. All classes cater for all levels of fitness. Be careful though, they are addictive!

Yoga is a mind, body, and soul experience. You will be guided through a sequence of physical postures promoting flexibility, mobility, stability, and strength. Take time out of your day to focus on your breathing while moving your body.

Prepare to get super sweaty! Work your way through a series of challenges such as AMRAPs (As Many Rounds as Possible), RFT’s (Rounds for time) and EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)

Strong is the perfect class for those who want to gain more functional strength through the use of dumbbells kettlebells and other equipment. The FLYEfit coaches will bring you through a balanced strength training session correcting form and positions throughout!

Pilates is head to toe conditioning, it is a full body and mind workout that focuses on muscle balance, posture alignment, flexibility, and core strength. No muscle group is overlooked or overused. A great class to do to improve core strength, posture and prevent injury.

Does this class really need a description? This class is a serious glute and ab burner and will make you feel great! You will use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells that will be yours for the whole class (no sharing). All levels welcome!
