The Word of Mouth Index is updated monthly. From time to time, we also publish deeper recap and trend perspectives that look across multiple months of change.

What is Future Commerce Learning?

Future Commerce Learning is our educational library of courses and sessions designed to sharpen strategy across topics like commerce, marketing, customer experience, and emerging trends. New material is added as it becomes available.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How can I renew my membership?

In most cases, memberships renew automatically based on the billing schedule you selected at checkout, monthly or annually. You can review your renewal details by logging in and visiting your account or subscription settings.

How can I update my card on file?

Log in to your Future Commerce Plus account and navigate to the subscription or billing section. From there you can update your payment method and save changes.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If the issue is not resolved, access may be paused until billing is updated.

How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. You will receive an email with steps to reset your password.

Will I lose my membership if I change jobs?

No. Your membership is tied to your login, not your employer. If you need to change the email associated with your account, you can usually do that from your account settings.

Will the Future Commerce podcast move behind the paywall?

There are no current plans to make all Future Commerce podcast episodes paid-only. From time to time, we may publish subscriber-only bonus episodes or extras.

How often do you publish guides and research?

Publishing cadence can vary by season. We regularly publish research briefs and analysis for members, and we occasionally release deeper guides or partner-driven research throughout the year.
