The turtle.end_fill() function marks the end of the fill process. It is used after turtle.begin_fill() and drawing commands to fill the enclosed shape with the current fill color.
Syntax :
turtle.end_fill()
Parameters: This function does not take any parameters.
Return Value: This function does not return anything. It simply fills the shape drawn after begin_fill().
Example:

turtle.goto(0, -30)
turtle.down()
turtle.color("blue")
turtle.begin_fill()
turtle.circle(60)
turtle.end_fill()
turtle.hideturtle()

Parameter:
- turtle.color("blue") sets the outline and fill color to blue.
- turtle.begin_fill() starts the filling process.
- turtle.circle(60) draws a circle of radius 60.
- turtle.end_fill() completes the fill and applies the fill color.
- turtle.done() keeps the drawing window open.
