About Shay

Shay Caplice joined Green Thumb in 2021 and currently leads all communications for Green Thumb, overseeing internal communications, PR & media relations, investor relations, crisis management, and corporate reputation.

Shay has extensive experience across communications, marketing, and brand strategy. Prior to joining Green Thumb, she led marketing and partnerships for a global fitness brand, launching a new business division that expanded the brand into new channels and audiences through strategic collaborations with top-tier partners. She has built and led teams across communications, marketing, and partnerships, with a track record of driving results in complex, evolving industries.
 
Shay graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with distinction.
