- Warranty period
– 16 weeks - During Warranty Period
– A shipper pays for the shipping cost in any case for RMA.
You need to pay for the shipping cost from your country to our office, and Hardkernel pay for the shipping cost from Korea back to your country.
Hardware damage by user’s misuse is not covered by warranty. A buyer must return the RMA unit to check the status of the device. - After Warranty Period
– RMA requester should pay for the shipping cost for both way.
The products might not be fixed if the hardware damage is serious (i.e., CPU/PMIC/PCB is broken permanently)
Note! There might be additional service charge if the hardware needs any rework/repair process. - You may be required to pay the tax or custom duty when receiving the RMA unit back.

BUYING & SHIPPING
We offer tiered volume discounts for bulk purchases. The specific discount rate is determined by the quantity per item ordered—the larger the order, the greater the savings.
Please check your billing invoice and tax option.
2. For some countries, our pricing does not include local taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges.

Responsibility: You (the customer) are considered the importer of record. You must comply with all local laws and regulations.

Fees: Customs fees and import duties are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These must be paid by the recipient.

2. All Inclusive Pricing

All-Inclusive Pricing: Taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price.

No Hidden Fees: You will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery. We handle the clearance process and payment of duties on your behalf.
Remote Area Surcharges
Please note that if your delivery address is classified as an extended or remote area by our courier partners (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS), an additional shipping surcharge may be requested after your order is placed.
1. Customer Responsibility
If you are unfamiliar with the import process in your country, we strongly recommend purchasing from a local distributor. * When ordering from Hardkernel Co., Ltd, you are the Importer of Record.

You are solely responsible for managing the import process and paying all applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
2. Customs Seizures & Abandonment
Hardkernel Co., Ltd is not responsible for shipments that fail to clear customs.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for items seized, confiscated, abandoned, or destroyed by your local customs authorities.

It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering comply with your local laws and regulations before completing your purchase.
3. Refused Shipments & Unpaid Fees
If a customer refuses to pay import duties or required fees, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned.

Deductions: The cost of return shipping, storage fees, and any administrative charges will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Charges: In the event that return shipping costs and customs penalties exceed the original value of the order, Hardkernel Co., Ltd reserves the right to charge the remaining balance to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.
Your order will not be dispatched.
We do not support delivery to P.O. Box / parcel locker / military area / hotels.

1. No Amendments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our system begins processing your order immediately after it is submitted. Therefore, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Increasing the quantity of an item.

Adding new products to an existing order.

Merging multiple separate orders into a single shipment.

Changing the shipping address or method.
If you need to add items or change your order, the original order must be canceled (if possible), and a new order must be placed.
2. Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Sales Team via email immediately. * No Guarantee: Because we aim for immediate processing, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful.

Processed Orders: Once an order has been picked, packed, or handed to the courier, we are unable to accept any requests for changes or cancellations.

Return Process: If we are unable to stop the shipment in time, you may follow our standard return procedure (subject to restocking and shipping fees) once the package arrives.

In-Stock Inventory: Orders are typically dispatched within one week after payment confirmation.
Based on your delivery address and order weight, we will use FedEx / DHL. Which are not able to choose.
