You are now able to track engagement with your loyalty programme with the new analytics feature in Influence.io.

By using our Shopify POS tile, merchants can access the dashboard, view customer's point balances and redeem rewards on behalf of their customers, all within the POS app.

Stores have the option to automatically subtract points from a customer's loyalty account when they receive a refund of one or all products they purchased.
