Isabella
Isabella is a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of dance experience in ballet, contemporary, modern, and historical styles. While dance has always been her foundation, yoga found her later in life — bringing with it a profound sense of transformation, both emotional and physical. Under the mentorship of her beloved teachers, Isabella has studied traditional Hindu yoga practices and philosophies. These teachings continue to guide her, even as her love for expressive movement remains ever-present. She created this practice to help others find a deeper sense of body/mind awareness — offering a unique and dynamic movement experience. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Media Studies, Isabella plays a key role in helping promote and advertise programs for Rhode Island School of Design’s Continuing Education department — blending her creative spirit with her passion for lifelong learning. Isabella brings yoga, dance, and breathing into her practice, cultivating ultimate freedom for all beings.
She can't wait to share the space with you.

Why Kaya
I built Kaya Flow & Movement because I’ve seen firsthand how yoga can change everything. Movement has been part of my life since I was very young, beginning as a budding professional dancer, and it shaped not only my body but my sense of self. I truly believe that same power of movement can transform your life, too.
Kaya means “body,” and this practice is for all bodies and all walks of life. My intention is for every student to feel strong in their body and at ease in their mind. Kaya Flow & Movement supports both physical and mental transformation, meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you forward with care, compassion, and purpose.
Through presence and self-awareness, we begin to know ourselves more deeply. On the mat, we create space to listen, to feel, and to reconnect with what’s true. This is where clarity, freedom, and transformation begin.
