- 1 Client per Professional Hunter USD460 per hunter/day.
- 2 Clients per Professional Hunter USD320 per hunter/day.
- Predator Hunting 1 Client per Professional Hunter USD1,350/day pre-baits Included.
- Observers USD200 per observer/day, children under 12 years Free.
- Transfer per vehicle – Airport to camp and back USD600.

Daily Rates Include:
- Full board and lodging.
- All government permit fees, VAT & Taxes on daily rates only.
- Services of Professional Hunting Guides, Trackers and Skinners.
- Laundry and housekeeping on daily basis.
- Use of hunting vehicles during hunt.
- Soft drinks, water, beer, and wine.
- Field preparations of trophies and delivery to local taxidermist.
- Free WIFI at the hunting lodges.
Daily Rates Exclude:
- Ground transportation to and from Hosea Kutako International Airport to hunting area.
- Hotel and airfare before and after the safari.
- Air charter to hunting area.
- International phone calls.
- Insurance and medical expenses of any kind.
- Taxidermy, packing and shipping fees of trophies.
- Hard Alcoholic beverages.
- Gratuities you may wish to leave for the staff.
- Trophy fees of animals bagged or wounded and lost.
TERMS, CONDITIONS & STRUCTURE OF PAYMENTS:
Payment structure:
• A holding deposit is payable to confirm booking (if booked 12+ months in advance).
• 50% payable 12 months prior (holding deposit will be deducted).
• Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
Final balance:
• Payable at the end of the safari or within 10 days.
Forms of accepted payment:
• Payments can be made via wire transfer, cash, or credit card (3% service fee applies to credit card payments).
Cancellations:
• Cancellations 6+ months in advance: 50% of deposit will be held as credit, valid to be used within 1 year.
• Cancellations under 6 months: Deposits are non-refundable.
• It is suggested to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Illness or disability:
• Any client suffering from an illness, special condition, disability, or undergoing a medical treatment is expected to inform us at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they are medically fit and healthy for travel.
• The client, upon the advice of competent medical personnel, is expected to make arrangements for the provision of necessary, medication or treatment while on safari.
Client responsibility:
• It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that their passports, visas, travel permits required for international travel are obtained in advance.
• Keibeb Safaris CC is NOT LIABLE for any failure on the part of the client to be in possession of the correct travel documentation. However, we are available to assist if required.
Release of liability:
• International travel and the safari experience carry inherent risks. We do not insure any client against such risks. Accordingly, at the time of arrival, the client is expected to sign our standard.
Release of Liability & Waiver of Legal Rights form.
• In the event of any force majeure all deposits will be refunded to the client minus any incurred costs to Keibeb Safaris.
