Are you tired of being dependent on big players like Google or Microsoft? It doesn’t have to be that way! Libre Workspace offers the most important services of a free cloud with features such as file hosting and sharing, synchronization of calendars and contacts, holding video conferences, as well as project and knowledge management, among others. And our highlight: if required, the system runs entirely locally on your own server infrastructure.

With our own portal, which is of course also open source, you can manage users, groups, software, backups, and other configurations that guarantee a smooth workday.
Established open source software
We rely on proven free software projects that are committed only to themselves. This ensures you remain independent in the long term.
No license costs
We don’t care how many users are registered or what amount of files is stored. With Libre Workspace, there are no such limitations.

The file view of Nextcloud
With Nextcloud on board, managing files, folders, and complex permissions is child’s play! Share various folders within the team, edit documents together, or synchronize your calendars. These are just a few examples of what this true all-rounder can be used for. Most functions (files, calendars, contacts) can be accessed via iOS, Android, Linux, Windows & Mac, as well as through the web browser.
Teamwork made easy
To effectively support your teams’ collaboration, Libre Workspace includes features such as Kanban boards, “SharePoints” (e.g., internal websites), calendars, and contacts. Online meetings with webcam and screen sharing can be easily conducted using your own Jitsi instance. Via Matrix, you can stay in touch with everyone through group chats, threads, and direct messages. If your Libre Workspace is accessible from the outside, you can collaborate and exchange ideas with anyone worldwide via your server. This allows you to completely replace Slack, MS Teams, Trello, and SharePoint, among others.

System administration in our portal
Easy Management
With our own management web interface, you can fundamentally control the server, perform updates, configure backups, import and export data, and manage users and groups centrally. In addition, a self-service feature is directly included: this allows users to independently adjust their data or have passwords reset fully automatically via email.
Extensions? Gladly!
Libre Workspace has been deliberately designed to allow for the addition of further modules and software integrations. The system comes with LDAP/AD for central authentication as standard. For example, WordPress, ERPNext, kivitendo, nocodb, Mattermost, or n8n can be added, to name just a small selection. We are happy to help with the implementation and integration of your existing services as well.

Administration in your own hands
Libre Workspace is free of charge. You can start the installation immediately if you possess basic knowledge of server administration. Even though everything is very easy to understand, individual circumstances may sometimes require a hands-on approach. Should you encounter challenges or have questions, our support is available to you at any time!
