    Warming Spaces Available in Extreme Cold

    When the temperature drops to -15C and below or feels like -20C with the wind chill, Niagara Region will expand shelter services to provide relief during extreme cold.
    Anyone in Lincoln seeking shelter from extreme cold is welcome at select Town facilities during regular business hours.
