What are the best AI coding tools on the market? How do GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, and OpenAI Codex compare in quality, governance, and integration capabilities? In 2024, we turned for answers to a team of experts manually exploring and accessing 20 leading tools – a great success at the time. For the 2026 edition, we turned to a custom-built, automated, multi-model agentic search engine, designed and overseen by a single AI expert – Igor Ševo. Our latest AI Coding Assistants Benchmark Report examines leading tools across quality, governance, IDE coverage, pricing, and enterprise readiness – so leaders can decide with confidence. Hi All! Guess what? It's that time of year again where we see all these posts about MWC in Barcelona. So here goes the first one - I like this phrase because it sounds cool (and actually has truth to it) Telecom networks are no longer just pipes. They are rapidly becoming neural infrastructure. At MWC 2026, the industry is converging on a new reality: AI is now a native network function, not an overlay. Intelligence must live across the RAN, core, and edge—enabling real-time optimization, predictive assurance, and autonomous operations. HTEC helps operators and vendors engineer this shift end-to-end: • AI-driven RAN and transport optimization • Closed-loop AIOps for zero-touch operations • High-performance AI workloads accelerated on all your favorite platforms • Cloud-native and edge-first telecom architectures The next generation of networks won’t just connect devices—they will learn, predict, and adapt in real time. 📍 MWC 2026 | Barcelona 🤝 Meet with HTEC to discuss AI-native network architectures 🌐 https://bit.ly/4bJ4g2j DM me to get together in BCN and we'll have an empanada or grilled pulpo (look it up, it's awesome). Nos vemos entonces y buen viaje. #MWC26 #IntelligentConnectivity #TelecomAI #AIOps #5GAdvanced #EdgeAI #HTEC

In 2025 HTEC's AI-First Executive Dinners attracted over 245 executives across seven events in the UK, Germany, and the US to explore the leadership, strategy, and organizational challenges of becoming an AI-first organization. 📍 The series returns to Munich on March 25 with a focused on moving from theory to making AI real: “Leading Beyond PoC – The Operational Model That Makes AI Work.” This upcoming session will focus on how organizations move from AI experimentation into production — addressing ownership, governance, metrics, trust, and decision-making once AI is live in the business. The discussion will be led and moderated by Ronny Fehling, Chief AI Transformation Officer (HTEC), guiding a peer-driven conversation grounded in real executive experience. ⬇️ Registrations are now open for the HTEC AI-First Executive Dinner in Munich: https://lnkd.in/eN6uyCNq Tim Sears | Lawrence Whittle | Alex Rumble | Sebastian Seutter #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #AILeadership #ExecutiveLeadership

History is repeating itself. In the 1980s, General Motors tried to save their company by buying robots. They thought they could automate their way out of inefficiency. It was a disaster. The robots were so confused by the bad system that they started painting each other instead of the cars. Today, we are doing the same thing. We are dropping "Good Agents" into "Bad Systems." I wrote this article to explain why we need to stop acting like GM and start acting like Toyota. We must fix the work before we automate it. #AI #Engineering #QualityManagement #SystemThinking #GenerativeAI

AI companies may now be valued higher than many telcos, but sustainable growth depends on how intelligence is deployed, at the right cost, in the right place. 🎙️ Philip Otley, Client Partner at HTEC, sits down with Sava Marinkovich to share how telcos can use fit-for-purpose AI at the edge to reduce costs and enable truly conversational customer experiences. ▶️ Watch the full video for deeper insights: https://lnkd.in/e3sFA3My #AI #Telecom #EdgeAI #DigitalTransformation #HTEC

🔍 Why more AI models can mean better results “It won’t be solved quickly. And it won’t be solved with just one model.” In this snippet, Ognjen Milicevic ,Machine Learning Engineer breaks down a key reality of modern AI: complex systems like healthcare require many specialised models working together, not a single universal solution. The conversation is led by Marija Mršić, Content Lead at HTEC, and explores: • new technology paradigms • genomics & personalised medicine • digital twins & organs-on-chips • AI-driven prediction in healthcare ▶️ Watch the full conversation: https://lnkd.in/eAAfUaG6 #HTEC #AI #MachineLearning #HealthTech #AIinMedicine
