As we celebrate 60 Years of Inspiration at Jabil, we’re proud to recognize Deborah Hill. A 21-year team member, Deborah is the first Jabil employee named a Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero! This program, presented by Jabil for 15 seasons, recognizes grassroots leaders making a difference in our community. By day, Deborah welcomes employees as the front desk receptionist at Jabil's corporate headquarters. Beyond work, she leads the nonprofit Bridge of Hope Kitchen. Inspired by her mother’s words, “If you have a piece of bread, everyone should have a piece of bread,” Deborah is helping address childhood hunger and homelessness in local food deserts. Since launching in 2022, BOHK has served over 13,000 meals and provided tutoring and mentorship to families in need. When Hurricanes Helene and Milton struck the Tampa Bay area in 2024, she opened BOHK as a refuge for hot meals, supplies, and charging stations. Deborah was honored last night at a Tampa Bay Lightning game for her compassion and service. Check it out! 🎥 #WeAreJabil
