Wrapping up AFCEA WEST after a few great days on deck in San Diego. The best part? The conversations. From Sailors to Sea Service Leaders, the shared focus on sustaining and maintaining maritime dominance was strong. We appreciate the meaningful dialogue around readiness, resilience, and what it takes to stay on course in an increasingly contested environment. Looking forward to continuing the conversation. #AFCEAWest #WEST2026 #MaritimeDominance #MissionReadiness #DefenseTech

Strong discussions were underway at Day 1 of WEST, especially during the “Generating Readiness Across All Domains” session. Leaders emphasized the urgency of achieving 80% Combat Surge Readiness — finishing maintenance on time, completing training cycles on schedule, and ensuring redundancy across systems before the fight begins. Across surface, subsurface, and aviation, the message was consistent: if we struggle to generate readiness in peacetime, we won’t have the margin we need in crisis. If you’re here at AFCEA WEST, stop by our space #748 to connect with the Virtualitics Team and continue the conversation on data-driven readiness and achieving decision advantage. #WEST2026 #MissionReadiness #DefenseTech

Readiness isn’t just about platforms anymore. It’s about whether forces can repair, replenish, and respond under pressure—at speed and at scale. At the 2026 Department of War Maintenance Symposium, one theme came through clearly: logistics has become a decisive factor in deterrence. Shortfalls in the industrial base, stovepiped data, and limited visibility don’t just slow sustainment—they shape operational outcomes. In our latest blog, we share what this shift means and why integrated data and decision intelligence are becoming essential to sustaining readiness across the services. 👉 Read more here https://lnkd.in/duQznFtH #Deterrence #DefenseLogistics #MissionAI #Readiness #DefenseTech

As we head to AFCEA West, conversations around readiness are gaining headway across the fleet. Across maintenance, materiel, personnel, and cyber, the challenge remains the same: turning complex, siloed data into trusted, transparent insights that leaders can assess and act on. That’s a focus we’ll be bringing with us to San Diego. Explore more on how we’re thinking about this as the event approaches 👇 #AFCEAWest #NavyReadiness #MissionAI #DefenseTech
