With the support of Elevations Credit Union members and our Colorado communities, the Local Change Foundation has provided over $4 million in community resources since it was established in 2010.

This independent 501(c)3 nonprofit focuses on four key initiatives:

Local Change is dedicated to advancing housing equity and stability across our communities. Through our Community Grants Program, we support nonprofit organizations working to increase access to affordable housing. We also help individuals and families achieve homeownership through our Down Payment Assistance Program, making the dream of owning a home more attainable.

Local Change Disaster Assistance

Responding in Times of Crisis

When disaster strikes, Local Change acts quickly to support those affected. We open disaster relief funds to provide immediate financial assistance to trusted local organizations delivering emergency aid and recovery services. These funds help communities rebuild and recover.
